Simon asks with a stunned look on his face. "Yes I am and you also claimed your mates I remind you." "That was a mistake." Says Simon. "You know how it will end. The few Reds who had a Blue mate rejected him or her and they were right and we need to do the same. They're a threat to us." "No, we don't. The Moon Goddess bound us all together for a reason." "Maybe, but I don't care to know why. She never usually gets this involved. Why us? Why now?" Simon asks.

" The air suddenly turned freezing and the ground beneath them began to tremble. From the clouds, the Moon Goddess descended. She was beautiful, but her beauty was sharp and hollow, like an icicle. She didn't challenge them head on. She waited until the smoke from an explosion blinded the lovers. Dracula was busy fending off a titan, his back turned for only a heartbeat. The Moon Goddess moved like light reflecting off water. She appeared behind Lilith, a spear of pure, white moonlight in her hand. Without a word, she drove the spear through Lilith’s back.

Echoes of the Blood Moon The storm outside had subsided, yet within the Moon Temple, the atmosphere felt even more oppressive—saturated with whispers, ancient energy, and a foreboding that none of them completely comprehended. Luna stood at the heart of the chamber, her breathing slow but irregular as the crimson glow of the Blood Moon pulsed faintly beneath her skin. The mark on her collarbone blazed like a living flame, and each heartbeat resonated through the stone like a distant drum.

he growled, chains clinking. Then from the shadows emerge a woman whose face like the moon goddess yet instead of sliver eyes has crimson eyes. Instead of silver hair she has a hair red as blood. It was Lilith the mother of all demons. The mother of Chaos. But also the other part of the Moon Goddess for Lilith and Luna was once a one person.

I ordered Osiris. ‘I need you back at the hospital NOW!’ I linked Selene. ‘They’re going to tear him apart! Linking Selene was the only thing I could think to do beyond barricading the room. I could hear the wolves on the other side tearing through the hospital. Their enraged voices drowning out Lucas’s as he fought to restore order. Lucas was an Alpha, but Selene was an assassin. She was trained to take on multiple targets, many of whom would be larger than her. I hadn’t given her any details in my rush to get her to the hospital, but I trusted my friend would bring enough of her specially trained warriors to subdue the angry mob.

Even the Shadow King faltered his form unraveling as the force pushed him back into the abyss. And then it was silence. Too late. The realm had already fallen. The royal line… was gone. High above, bound by laws even she could not break, the Moon Goddess watched. And for the first time she fell to her knees. “I am sorry,” she whispered to the souls rising before her. Her children. Her wolves. Her Lycans. “I could not stop it… but I will not let this be the end.” Her power surged across the realm, forcing the remaining demons back into the underworld.

A high-frequency drone, like the sound of a thousand glass bells shattering, filled the room. The Lunar High Council hadn't waited for the sunrise. From the sky over the Silver Peaks, a massive, silver-white beam of moonlight descended, incinerating the watchtowers and turning the snow to steam. In the center of the beam, three figures in white-bone armor began to descend. The Inquisitors of the High Moon. Lyra’s eyes turned a solid, glowing sapphire. She grabbed Silas’s hand, the "Mate Spark" flaring with a violent, world-ending intensity.

A crushing wave of power slammed down on her. "In… in the Blood Moon dungeons…" she finally confessed. "But I didn't kill her! I swear I didn't kill her!" "You just used dark magic to slowly drain her life force, didn't you?" "I… I…" At that moment, a clap of thunder echoed from the heavens. The Moon Goddess's wrath had arrived. A pillar of silver light descended from the sky, engulfing Lyla. "Aaaargh!" she screamed in agony. In the pillar of divine judgment, her wolf soul was unraveled, shredded piece by agonizing piece.

“And impossible to control. Once the new world is built, they’ll either kneel or be erased. Werewolves are perfect. Close enough to the moon to be reshaped, and strong enough to rule.” I swallowed bile. This was genocide dressed up as utopia. He pushed open heavy iron doors, and moonlight poured in. A perfect circle of standing stones waited under the open sky. The full moon was so low and swollen, it looked ready to burst. One flat altar stone sat in the center, big enough for two bodies. I knew this place. Not with my mind, but with my bones. Xander’s voice softened. “The Astral Moon. Gemini Moon to humans. Once every few lifetimes, it hangs this low. It is perfect for binding.”

All looking at her with expectation. “I’m not your queen,” Luna said. Voice strong but soft. “I’m not your goddess. I’m Luna. Daughter of Elena. Daughter of Valen. Mate of Damian. Wolf of Two Moons who chose Many Moons.” She paused. Looked at each face in the crowd. “And from today, there are no more Courts. No more Silver Moon. No more Blood Moon. No more Free Wolves. There’s just us. Wolves. With as many moons as we have choices to make.”
