The Dragon Twins Rare Opal (Book #2 of the Jewel Series)

The Dragon Twins Rare Opal (Book #2 of the Jewel Series)

I watch his friend that always seems to find us even though we move around a lot. “Why is this necklace so special?” I asked. “This necklace has been in our family for generations. It is always given to the oldest girl in the family. You, my precious crystal, are the only girl in this family. With this necklace, only true family members can find you.” Dad answers

The Lycan Prince’s Puppy

The Lycan Prince’s Puppy

“I can’t wait to take you back to the kingdom with me, to start the rest of our lives together, start a family…” I followed his gaze as he trailed off, reaching for something inside his pocket. Then he pulled out a small, velvet box. He opened it, revealing a breathtaking silver necklace with a green, shining gem in the center. It carried a great source of energy—I could immediately sense it. What was he planning to do with it? “This necklace once belonged to my mother,” Alaric spoke, carefully picking up the piece of jewelry. “She gave it to me before she passed. It’s passed down through generations and carries the power of the Moon Goddess herself.”

Cris
A year has already passed, and the book is still not finished. Although it is very well written (except for the chapters where the action drags), I have started to get bored. I keep waiting for “ the war that ends the world” but it never comes.

I used to wait for the chapters but now it is unnecessarily dragged on. Author builds up for climax so nicely but unfortunately it never comes which leaves reader frustrated and at some point gives up ( like me). Seems like lot of tease without any ending.

My Precious Luna's Blood

My Precious Luna's Blood

“Audrey, Daniel, please come forward, I don't think I'll be able to last until the next day.” “Mom, what are you talking about? I asked with great panic. I hate to see my mom this way. “Listen, I'll tell you a story. In my lineage, there's a necklace with a red pendant which is passed down to the firstborn daughters of my family. Whoever wields the necklace with a red pendant can have the power to reverse time. But then, if you reverse time, there can be good and bad consequences. Nevertheless, this pendant will save you when you need help the most. For this reason, you must never let go of the pendant, no matter what happens. Do you understand, Audrey?”

I Slept With The Wrong Man

I Slept With The Wrong Man

It was a vintage Art Deco necklace, a delicate web of platinum set with emeralds and small, brilliant diamonds. I knew that necklace. I knew the weight of it in the palm of a hand. I knew the specific, tiny scratch on the clasp where I had dropped it on my eighteenth birthday. It was a family heirloom, passed down from my grandmother to me. It was supposed to be in my jewelry box, tucked away in the velvet-lined drawer of my vanity.

The Billionaire's Regret: Getting My Wife Back

The Billionaire's Regret: Getting My Wife Back

Without waiting for me to call her back, she ran out of my office. A smile tugged on my lower lips as I watched her. Benita certainly was like a kid. .... I spent most of the day designing a new necklace. Mama Kaka had a special necklace she always wore. She said it was passed down to her mother from her grandmother, who got it from her mother. Though I couldn't recall much about the designs on it, I wanted to recreate it for the new unveiling. A knock sounded on my door an hour after lunch, and Dashiell walked in. He smiled when I lifted my gaze towards the door. “Good afternoon,” he greeted as he hurried over to my side, smiling. “How are you feeling?”

The Hybrid Prince's Pursued Mate

The Hybrid Prince's Pursued Mate

I couldn't take my eyes off my treasure. I made my way to the cupboard where I swiftly grabbed an item I'd been anticipating using for the past seven weeks! It's a pure platinum collar necklace with a large, rare fire opal pendant. Delicate to the eye, yet thick enough not for her to be able to break it so easily. I had a GPS tracking chip nestled in the metal side of the pendant.

Becoming a Substitute Wife for a Cold Mafia

Becoming a Substitute Wife for a Cold Mafia

"Miss Helga, have you ever tried to open this pendant?" "No. I thought it was tightly closed," Helga answered. "This is not opened by hand," Rico explained. "This is opened with a retinal scanner or a specific voice pattern. And there is a possibility ... this is set to recognize DNA similar to the original owner." Rico returned the necklace to Helga. "Use it. Never take it off. But remember, that object is a curse as well as a blessing." The conversation was interrupted when the sound of a small alarm beeped from Rico’s tablet. He immediately checked it. His cold face became increasingly tense.

The Goddess Warrior

The Goddess Warrior

“This is no ordinary ornament, Jaiyana. This necklace… carries a power, a responsibility. And I believe the time has come for it to rest with you.” Jaiyana’s eyes widened in disbelief as Padma released the clasp and, with a reverent delicacy, handed her the necklace. Jaiyana looked at the necklace with new eyes. The pendant gleamed with a light of its own, a soft, molten gold at its core that seemed to pulse with a hidden fire. Tiny flecks of crimson and emerald shimmered within it, as though fragments of sunlight and forest had been captured in crystalline form. The chain was delicate yet strong, woven with an artistry that whispered of centuries of careful guardianship.

Fierce Betrothed

Fierce Betrothed

"I love you, Isla." "You know," I say as I play with the bracelet pushing it up and down the length of my hand. "If we were to be at Kintil, I would have probably given you my family's heirloom." He looks up from the crown of flowers he is weaving. "Really? What's it?" "A necklace." The image of my mother's necklace flashes in my mind. "It is nothing precious like yours. It's been in my family for five generations. It's a pendant, a lapis Iazuli."

Daughter of House Fiore

Daughter of House Fiore

“My mother said that this is something that my father gave for me before she was kicked out of the house.” Everyone fell silent when they saw what the child was holding. It was a necklace made of white gold and the pendant was the crest of Fiore House. It was a necklace gifted to the Fiore direct descendants as soon as they were conceived so it would be in the care of their mothers until they were born. It was known that only the children of the duke would receive such a necklace. But the biggest question came to mind. If she was truly a Fiore descendant, how was she able to survive?
