Just say the word and I’ll kill the human so she doesn’t affect our plans.” Zarif said hatefully. “As much as I would like that, God and I agreed not to sabotage each other’s attempts. If any of us do, then the other can call off the bet. We need a new plan…and fast.” The Devil said.

Win can't accept this. "And another thing Win , you will tell my enemies that I’m keeping a angel pet in my home—a perfect opportunity to spy on me—” Win gritted his teeth. “Pet? Are you serious right now?” The Devil waved a hand, and the broken box exploded causing the angel to flinch. “Oh come off it, Win. No one in your sweet little angels family would believe that I’d taken a Angel as my lover—a willing one at that. They all think devil are sex-crazed animals.”

Wolves collided with the shadows of those wings, thrown across the room as blood and instant death erupted. Vivica froze, eyes wide, her chest rising as she watched the devil himself descend upon them. The dark blue aura surrounding him pressed against her burning skin, sending a thrill along her heated skin, and desire, through her. All the rumors about him turned out to be true. He was the Devil. DOOM’S POV My shoulder still throbbed like a bastard, but I refused to let it show. I swapped my usual suits for a simple black shirt and a pair of tailored shorts, unbuttoned just enough to tease. It was warm tonight, and Sally liked casual Doom, something about seeing the devil without armor made her smile, maybe because it made her feel closer.
