He flew to the front of the room, toward the platform where that strange spiral book spun endlessly. The one with no front or back page. No clear beginning or end.

Liora stood over the two fallen warriors, her chest rising and falling with her breath, sweat glistening on her forehead, but her eyes were alive, burning with that wild spark she always had when she fought. She turned to Erezhul, her sword now resting casually on her shoulder. “Well?” she asked. He bowed slightly. “Remind me never to fight you.” Liora laughed, shaking her head. “Damn right.” Erezhul reached into his leather pants and brought out something that caught Liora’s attention right away, a slim, leather-bound book and a dark feathered quill tucked inside. He opened it carefully and dipped the quill into a small round vial that appeared from nowhere.

"Are you researching the lore of angels and demons?" "Yeah," he said as he flipped through the pages, and my jaw dropped. He then turned to me. "You guys said that I would get in the way in the field, so I did my best." He put down the book. "Reading." I flashed him a smile and moved closer to rest by his side. "So," I started, "what are you researching?"

Vaelspire Keep, The Forbidden Vault The Vault doors groaned open, revealing shelves lined with tomes bound in skin and bone. All the ancient and forbidden books of the old were stored and recorded there. Books with knowledge too ancient, too powerful, and useful to their enemies were stored here. Alaric stepped inside, torch in hand, his eyes scanning until they found the one he needed. It read, Bloodborne Bonds: Curses, Hybrids, and Abominations. He flipped through the pages, stopping when he saw an illustration that made his heart freeze.

I couldn’t make heads or tails of the rest of the things she had said. I decided to find out more about the other groups later.

Jordan said already going through his book. “What's this book about?” Ashley said looking at the strange things on the book. “It's history about all the goddesses and their special dragons, I and Damian will read the books concerning the unification of blood ritual its mostly about spells so we need to be careful not to read it out Damian” Jordan said and Damian nodded in understanding. “Louis and Ashley will read about Goddess Rwanda, Tasha and Juliette about Goddess Thea” Jordan said pausing for a while. “What about us?” William said referring to him and Randall.

Inside were maps, illustrations of pack crests, depictions of ceremonies, and a full-page sketch of a massive stone palace. “Is this where your family lives?” I asked, tilting the book toward him.
