Alpha DECEPTION
After the ride, we wandered through the park, stopping at a stall selling cotton candy, Ralph collected a stick of blue, while I grabbed pink.
He suddenly leaned over, pretending to examine my candy. “You made the wrong choice my Princess.” He chuckled dramatically. “Pink is overrated, blue is obviously superior.”
I raised my eyebrows, giving him a bombastic side eye “Excuse me, pink has a subtle refined sweetness, and it's girly while blue is garish and snobbish.”
He leaned closer, close enough that I could feel his breath. “Refined? Or just predictable?”
I laughed, swatting his arm lightly. “Predictables might be safer.”
