Lisa and Nela walked into the room and Mira and Indi practically jumped on them as they celebrated. “Calm down.” Nela said flattening her shirt back down. “Anyone would think we’d won this war.” “After what lisa just did it feels like we have.” Indi said. “We should celebrate.” Mira said. “It was just one Spectral.” Lisa replied. “So? That’s one less terrorising the world.” Mira said back. Lisa looked at her, she’d not seen her this happy in ages. She looked at Indi and Nela.

She beamed, turning back to Yeonho, who—perhaps without realizing it—mirrored her expression. His gaze lingered on her, caught in the rare sight of her unguarded joy. The way her eyes gleamed, the way the moonlight softened the sharp edges of her face—it did something to him. A strange, unwelcome flutter stirred in his chest, as if something had momentarily shifted in the air between them. But the moment was fleeting. Before he could catch himself, the underbrush ahead rustled violently. A deep, guttural growl rumbled through the air as a gigantic creature emerged from the shadows, its gleaming eyes locked onto them.

Nothing feels enough. Then one night, Hope appears. In her old form. Five years old. Mismatched eyes. Smiling. "Hi Mama." She says to Luna. "Hi Grandma. Hi everyone." Luna runs to her. Hugs her. "You came back! You're here!" "I'm everywhere." Hope giggles. "But I'm also here. Because I'm God now. I can be both. Can do anything. Can love you and be everything at the same time."

Hope wipe her sweaty face,her heart beating rapidly,she recognized him from distant,good height,great physique and attractive face,he's the new guy,the new student! "Hi"that voice,she recalled,that voice.....the day she escaped from the creatures,sitting on a bench tired,Stuart smile intently watching her every move, Hope clear the hair from her face,making it more visible. "Hi"she reply croakily,Stuart stagger back,hope eyes widen in front of her was a full display of a golden scroll it words so bright blue that it could blind. "Only one colour, but not one size" "Stuck at the bottom,yet easily flies"

"That’s a 'Cleanup' crew." Julian looked at Hope, who was sitting on a sack of grain, her eyes fixed on the approaching ship. She wasn't scared. She looked at Julian, and her voice was a chillingly calm echo of her mother’s. "They're not coming for the grain, Daddy," Hope said. "They're coming for the bird. The 'One Who Remains'... he’s on that ship. And he wants his soul back."

They barely caught their breath when the alarms blared. Elena’s voice exploded through the comms. “Nursery wing! Now! The pods are opening faster. Hope is glowing too bright!” They rushed in, clothes barely fixed. The atrium was pure chaos. All twenty pods had cracked open. Tiny newborns cried as golden light filled the room. Hope stood at the center, her small body radiating power, eyes glowing bright gold. “They’re here,” Hope whispered, voice echoing with unnatural strength. “All twenty. They’re scared. They want to know if we’ll protect them from the ones coming.”

The creature’s voice shook the realm. “CHOICE.” Every alternate Hope froze. “FREEDOM.” The creature opened its enormous mouth. “BALANCE.” Nova began crying. Hope held her tightly. The Hunger reached toward the baby. “Mine.” Hope’s golden power exploded. “Never!” The creature laughed. “SHE IS THE LAST POSSIBILITY.” Hope stared. “What?” The older Hope stepped closer. “Nova isn’t just a child.” Hope looked at her. “She is the final possibility created by the new universe.”

She only understood that there was a New Person in her domain, and she intended to conquer him. "Ba!" Hope announced. She stood in front of River’s wall. She held a plastic donut in her hand. It was bright pink with sprinkles. She thrust it over the cardboard rampart. "Num num," she commanded. River didn't look up. He stared at his knees. He was vibrating with that low-frequency tension that Aurora had learned to recognize—the anticipation of a blow. "Hope," Aurora whispered, ready to intervene. "Leave him be, baby." Hope ignored her mother. She was on a mission.

He told me as he released his grasp on my hips. I mumbled an OK before watching him disappear back into the hallway. Part of me was still having a hard time wrapping my head around starting over with the Alpha Prince, but the other part of me craved the new beginning. I couldn't help but to stand there and imagine the amazing memories and the family we would create together. I had never been one of those girls who was a hopeless romantic, but the Alpha Prince was beginning to pull that part of me out. While I was terrified of what might happen during this war, I was also quite excited to see where this relationship could go.

I was about to tell him thank you with a million promises to be on time, but before I could say anything he was already out the door, leaving me sitting there confused and a bit stunned. Hope you liked this one; a little bit of action and the promise of some future Romitri sparring sessions ;). Many of you have been wondering where Daisy has been, well here she is and to the rescue! That good girl definitely deserves some Dimitri pets after that fierce display. P.S. Don't drink stream water. Rose's tough immune system would probably keep her from getting any diseases but not us mere mortals XD
