Dragon King Bride Novels & Stories

“This Banquet is being held by his Majesty, The Dragon King. If any new Activities are to be added to this evening event list, they must recieve approval from the Dragon King himself.” Ryker stares blankly at me for a long moment. He is quiet, lips pressed thin as anger coils around his shoulders like a devil. “Congratulations, tribute. You are our first participant. You should feel honored.” My whole body falls numb, hands shaking, ears ringing. I barely register his next words that seal my fate. “Restraint her and bring her close. Let us begin.”

Zac's eyes flicked around before hypocritically advising, "Lana, Cruz must be joking! He still cares about you. Otherwise, why would he prepare such a grand wedding? Look, he can't just bring any woman to upset you on such a joyous occasion! Lana, quickly explain to Cruz that everything you posted on social media was just to provoke him and for show! Don't let this make you late!" Lana instantly believed Zac, and her arrogant expression returned. She gazed triumphantly at me, acting like she had everything in the bag. "Cruz, you think you can provoke me by bringing any woman here? Not a chance! If you don't agree to my terms, I won't marry you today!"

Lyria whispered. Elinor held her gaze. “Only if I decide so.” The world seemed to collapse beneath Lyria’s feet. “I don’t understand…” “You will,” the knight said. “Because your life has just changed.” He stepped closer, his voice firm as he declared: “You are no longer a peasant. You are no longer a nobody.” A final pause. Heavy. Absolute. “From this moment on, you are Lady Elinor Avelaine of Valmere… candidate to become the Demon King’s bride.”

His hands slipped lower, caressing her hips and backside beneath the water, teasing the line between reverence and temptation. “Dragon’s blood does not weaken when shared,” he murmured, his hands slipping beneath her hips to lift her, “but the power tends to favor a few and we call that person ‘Draken’. Records show no ‘Draken’ since the first has found their mate. Some, in desperation, took additional wives to tempt their waning desires and hopefully produce an heir—although their offspring won’t necessarily inherit their title.”

he pointed at Blue and she was surprised. “You can accept to be my bride and Queen of OakSherd” Blue didn’t expect that but she saw it a new way to save them, “If I become your Queen, will you not kill us” she asked and Cane raised his head to look at her, this was the first time he had taken knowledge of exactly where he was, his stare had a look of confusion on it. “I won’t I give you my word” Damon held her hand raising her up. Blue took a deep breath, readied herself for what she was about to get into and open her lips, “I accept” she said.

I said, my voice firm, “it is time I announce that I too have chosen.” The room stilled completely. “My dragon has claimed his mate.” The words felt right. True. “And she has chosen me in return.” Gasps rippled outward. Some shocked. Some curious. Some pleased. “I present to you Seraphina,” I said clearly, “last born Madrigal of this realm — and my intended mate.” The hall erupted. Voices rose. Some in cheers. Some in confusion. Some in sharp protest. “A human?” someone called. “She is more than that,” I replied evenly.

Liam folded his arms on the table, exhaling slowly, letting the gravity of it sit between them for a moment before speaking again. “Elena wants me to find Queen Zenobia and Prince Richard’s engagement rings. Turns out the stone the stone embedded in them has the blood of the first dragon in it and they are the only pair of jewellery made from that.” Liam let out a sigh as he continued “She will only agree to marry me if I get her this ring, so I am trying to find any information I can get on it so I at least have a hint on where to start this search.”

"A devoted husband. A loving father. I couldn’t ask for a better partner for Aurora." I knock back the last of my drink, that quiet sense of peace settling over us both. Maybe, in this moment, we are simply two men who understand each other. Two kings, inferior only to the queen who leaves us both in constant awe. The End. They will be about short story soon

The fire flared, casting them in molten gold. His body caged hers. But still, he did not touch. The fire did that for him. It kissed her throat. Slid across her hips. Sank into her skin like it had been waiting. Still, he did not claim her. He didn’t need to. The fire claimed her instead. But the court didn’t understand what they were witnessing. A dragon mating ritual was ancient. Sacred. Rarely performed before witnesses, and never before with a mortal. The fact that she still stood, untouched by the fire—wrapped in it like it was her birthright—made silence fall like a blade.

She brought out a silk handkerchief, using it to wipe Vivian's face. Vivian smiled at her kind gesture and responded; "I couldn't stop myself. You do know how your king is right? He has a weird mood swing. I only met him yesterday and that was enough for me to know how cold and heartless he is. I was doing him a favor by agreeing to be his bride and I even came all the way from my kingdom but he doesn't even appreciate that?! Trust me, your king is a cold and heartless man? I would be surprised if he even ends up in heaven," "Hell is a great place too, you know?"
