Alex was wiping glasses behind the counter, "Well ... you're in for a treat then, since it's your first time here ... and you're Tom's girlfriend ... all your drinks tonight will be on the house." Her face beamed, "Really? Thanks! I won't be drinking much though ... I want to explore the city tonight, I'm just getting my ID here." Alex laughed, "That's what they all say ... before you know it, you'll be in a binge drinking contest with Caden there, and forgot why you came here in the first place." Charlie picked up her drink and took a sip, she glanced at Caden, a big bulky guy who was standing next to the stairs by himself.

Damien chuckled, pulled out the chair across from him, and sat down. “Pointless? You need to learn to enjoy life. How about you come with me tonight? There’s a new nightclub downtown. Lights, music, beautiful women you’ll forget all your burdens.” “I’m allergic to places like that,” Xavier said coolly. “Allergic? You really haven’t changed always serious, always cold. You know, people call you a stone man.” “Better to be called stone than trash that burns out in a single night’s pleasure,” Xavier replied evenly. Damien’s laughter faded; his smile narrowed. He leaned back, then inclined forward slightly.

They both smiled. Meanwhile Xavier and Jake were inside of Jake's car outside Xavier's company. "So any leads on that woman you were searching for?" Jake asked. Damien's smile dropped as he sighed deeply,"Not yet". Jake was surprised,"Bro, it's been so long and you still haven't found her yet? It's almost as if she doesn't exist bro" Jake knew how much Xavier has been searching for the mystery woman he slept with four years ago, he didn't even know why his friend was so worked up about it, Xavier wasn't the first person to sleep with a v*rgin anyway. He has too but he wasn't searching for her.

Kris laid in bed, eyes wide, staring at the ceiling. She never experienced that type of dream before. It felt so real. Reaching mindlessly to the nightstand, she grabbed her vape, taking a long drag and holding it in. She exhaled, letting her shoulders drop and her eyes close. She thought about the events as they played out in her dream. She was giving a tattoo. It was a beautiful design she made specifically for Elena. They kept locking eyes, making it too hard for her to concentrate.

CHAPTER 3 XD got into the car as his driver was already seated in the front seat ready to drive off. “Where to?” Xander asked as he adjusted the rear mirror. “I don’t feel like going home at the moment, it is uninteresting, so just take me to a nearby expensive bar, I want to get drunk and wasted so I would have a hangover the next morning.” XD said with a chuckle as Xander laughed and said, “It seems like you don’t have a busy schedule tomorrow, no probs. Don’t curse me when you regret it, you know how cranky you get when you have a headache.”

Damien explained and hung his arm over Jade's stomach. “I tried to home medicate on my own because there were no pharmacies open by that time. But night came and I couldn't sleep. I heard wolves howling from far off.
