"Can I get an iced latte?" I looked up and everything in my chest rearranged itself. Tristan Hale. Backward cap, team hoodie, that easy, unbothered posture of someone who'd never once had to try at anything in his life — except, maybe, at looking like he wasn't trying. His eyes found mine, and I forgot, briefly and completely, how breathing worked. "You okay?" He tilted his head, half a smile forming. "Y-yeah! Iced latte. Coming right up."

Luke watched as his friends got drunk. He refused to take everything they offered to him except the coke he bought himself. After sitting for two hours, he decided to walk around the hotel and get some fresh air. He had almost gone out of the party venue when he remembered that he had not taken his drink. He walked back to the table and took it and then walked away. In his hurry to get out of the noise, he didn't see the smile that was on his friend's face. They wanted him to get high so they had added something to his drink.

I shrugged and joined the party too, but sat beside him, studying his every expression as he ignored me. "You need to drink! You're no longer an Omega, you now have a wolf!" Gina announced. Others cheered him on, and forcefully, like that, I drank. "Kenneth, what did you like to drink?" I asked halfway into the drinking spree, but he ignored me. “He doesn't want to drink." I was starting to get dizzy. I clung to him and asked in a bare whisper. "Wouldn't you announce our relationship? You promised it's today."

"Toma, want a sip of meh drink?" "Ooooh, give him some strawberry daiquiri! He'd love that! It's sweet." I growled as I heard the irresponsible Russian and my drunk fledgling.
