Until the shaking in my hands eased. “Good,” Edward murmured. “Now strike.” I swung the staff, slow at first, then faster as he guided me through a series of movements—strikes, blocks, pivots. The staff felt awkward in my hands at first, but with each pass, it became lighter, more natural. “Again,” he said. “Faster.” I struck harder. The air hissed as the staff cut through it. My pulse quickened, sweat sliding down my temple. “Now breathe,” Edward reminded me.

Then, with a quick step forward, he swung. ‎ ‎Edward’s gaze sharpened. He tilted his body just enough that Ryan’s first punch sliced through air, brushing past him harmlessly. But Ryan didn’t falter—his fury wouldn’t allow him to. Within a heartbeat, he threw another strike, faster and harder. This time his fist connected with Edward’s cheek, the force jerking Edward’s head to the side. A thin trail of blood glistened against Edward’s lip before falling to the ground. ‎

Alexander admired Edward's skill but he had to put an end to the back and forth. Alexander ran backwards, and as expected, Edward followed him instantly. Alexander then suddenly stopped, and cornered Edward. He lunged at him, pinning him to the ground. Edward had became badly injured and was bleeding profusely. Alexander went ahead and pressed Edward's injuries harshly, and Edward cried out in pain. Alexander stood on top of him, and was ready to deliver his final strike to make him unconscious, and then… BOOM, and everything became pitch-black after the sudden loud noise.

Calvin shouts. Edward makes a mad dash to the front, climbing between the seats. He tosses the Beta's body like a rag doll out the window. There's no time to mourn her, no funeral. The dogs will eat her tonight. Then Edward turns on the engine and drives more profound into the casino port for cover. Dustin presses a button on his phone, and metal shutters come down over the two largemouths. The bullets ricochet over the plates. It sounds like there is an army of people outside.

John didn't reply, he disconnected the call and throw his phone on the couch. Edward is starting up a war that can never end easily and he have to protect his family at all cost.

It looks like a beautiful night but, the people that got there weren’t there to admire the scenery but to kick each other. Damon takes off his jacket and loosens the top two buttons on his shirt. He gets out of the car, stands under the street light, and watches Edward come out of his car. He rolls up his sleeves, rushes over, and punches Edward right in his cheek. He glares at him and shouts out, “Edward, I had enough with you!” Edward feels his hurting cheek but manages to say, “Really? The feeling is mutual!”

Then it all goes terribly, terribly wrong. Edward pitches forward suddenly and without a word, his head striking the stone steps with a sound that's both dull and final. Iris freezes for a second, then falls to her knees beside him. There's shouting now, confusion, people rushing forward. Thomas is already moving through the crowd, his massive shoulders clearing the way.

The blow was so sudden and clean that Julian stumbled back and almost lost his balance. Inside the car, Macie gasped and frantically rolled down the window. "Julian! Are you okay?" she cried out, panic rising in her chest. Then, she whirled around and screamed, "Edward! Have you lost your mind? What the hell is wrong with you? Why did you hit him?" Edward barked back without an ounce of remorse. "Why shouldn't I? He tried to steal my woman! I'll make sure he rots in prison! He needs to learn what happens to people who cross me!"

"Yes! I do!! I would like to go back today. Will that be okay with yo...?" THUD!!!!! .... CRACKKKK!!!!! Edward hits the glass table with his bare hands in anger and that left a faint line of a crack on it! He turns to Erin and then grabs her small face in his hand. "Ahh!! It's hurting!!
