Inevitable Red Flag

Inevitable Red Flag

One painting showed a Great Wolf with fur of liquid gold, eyes burning with a primal, ancient fire. She moved to the next row, and her heart nearly stopped. It was a painting of a single, deep-crimson rose in full bloom, its petals velvety and rich. Flanking it were two small, tight rosebuds, their stems intertwined. Tiny droplets of dew sparkled on the canvas like crushed diamonds. "Willow! Look at this," Evan called out. He was standing before a piece depicting a sea-dwelling spirit, her form half-submerged in moonlit water. "I think this would look perfect in the study."

EVE’S APPLE

EVE’S APPLE

His bitmoji came up in chat, typing, stopped, then blinked again. “Busy. Can’t talk much right now.” I chewed on my lip, “Busy doing what?” I asked before I could stop myself. The reply came quicker this time. “Business. You wouldn’t understand.” “I can understand if you explain,” I typed. “It’s fine,” I sent back. “I just wanted to check on you.” No dots appeared for a long time. Then, “Eve… don’t overthink. I’ll text you when I can.” I stared at the screen long after his bitmoji disappeared, my lips curving into a small smile. He would text me. That had to mean something, right?

ART OF SEDUCTION

ART OF SEDUCTION

Her latest painting was the centerpiece, prominently displayed on a large, elegant easel. Elena’s eyes were drawn to it, her heart swelling with pride and a touch of nervousness. The painting was a powerful representation of their journey—a striking fusion of light and shadow, passion and struggle. The central figure was a silhouette, its form entwined with dynamic brushstrokes that seemed to pulse with life and energy. Evan appeared beside her, his gaze fixed on the painting. He looked different tonight—more relaxed, with a softness to his expression that spoke of the profound changes he had undergone. His presence was reassuring, a grounding force amidst the whirlwind of the evening.

My Children's Alpha King Dad

My Children's Alpha King Dad

He watches the raindrops as they roll down the window, his finger following a big one before it disappears. “How can I go see Mommy on my birthday…?” Evan whispers to the window. He draws a few shapes into the condensation. He draws a flower in honor of Ella and for Noah, he draws a soccer ball. He pulls his hand away from the window and stares at the redness of his fingertips. His face lights up and he sprints to the bathroom, turning on the water. Minutes later, Evan dunks himself into the tub. One would expect the water to be warm and soothing, but Evan made sure that the bathtub is freezing. His skin feels like someone is poking him with hundreds of needles, but he soon gets used to the

Too Late, Alpha: The Mate He Never Wanted

Too Late, Alpha: The Mate He Never Wanted

Two wolves playing together, one pink and one blue because according to her “wolves can be any color they want, Mommy.” My throat tightened as I continued flipping pages. Then I reached the last picture Evie had worked on. It was the half-finished drawing of a wolf family. Three wolves standing together. A larger wolf, clearly meant to be the father. Another large wolf, the mother. And a small wolf pup. And Evie’s handwriting. Mommy. Daddy. Me. Evie had never finished it. She had never gotten the chance to. I traced my finger over the drawing, and over her handwriting. My vision blurred with fresh tears.

Secret Baby Of the Ruthless Billionaire

Secret Baby Of the Ruthless Billionaire

A clay sculpture of what I think was a squirrel glared at me from one table, its one remaining eye unnervingly lifelike. Finally, we reached Eddie’s display. I braced myself. It was… something. A canvas roughly the size of a cafeteria tray, smeared with swirls of red, green, and blue. In the middle, a vaguely fish-shaped creature with wings and a lopsided crown floated above what might have been a volcano or a very angry pizza. There were googly eyes glued in random places, and what I sincerely hoped was glitter glue forming a trail of smoke. I stared at it, my heart squeezing in that weird way it always did when Eddie showed me his latest creation. Was it a masterpiece? Objectively, no. Was

Fake dating my ex’s boss

Fake dating my ex’s boss

I realized that the vetting had already begun and waited for my submission to come up while my heart pounded. “And this one, from Evelyn Talbot.” The screen lit up with a drawing, beautiful orange and purples stood out from the screen, bathing the designers in the front row in light. A couple of oooh and ahh were heard while I stayed frozen in my seat, staring at a drawing that looked like it was straight out of my sketchbook.

A Queen Among Tides

A Queen Among Tides

I order and watch the boys run back towards the building as fast as they can. I watch with concern as the young boy they were picking on sniffs and works to pick up pieces of his sketchbook. I bend down and help him pick up the remaining pieces before they’re carried off by the wind. I look at one of the pieces of paper and can’t contain the awe on my face as I take in the amazing sketch before me. It’s this incredible real-life style drawing of a sirna with a vibrant red tail surrounded by all the elements. It takes me a second to recognise the likeness, but this is a sketch of the God Ezillus as a sirna! This might be the coolest thing I’ve ever seen. “You drew this?” I ask in astonishment

Another amazing book! I feel as though each book is my favorite in this series and I love the representation. This particular author has an amazing way of challenging vernacular and using it to empower her characters. Her world building has you vested in the outcome of the story and characters.

He knew it was going to come up one way or another. “The beloved character Evelyn in the book Magnolia snow is an artist. The way her art is described bears a deep resemblance to KL’s art. It comes up a lot within the fandom and author of the book admitted to me that the art described in her book was inspired by KL’s,” Wess explained. “That means the fandom will gather through the animation and funnel to the game, you will get numbers.” Michael said, nodding deeply. “Yes. We have several collaborations planned with the artist, we are looking into trying to convince her to do an exhibit, but that is really hard,” Wess said.
