Her movement looked so graceful she might as well be floating. “Queen Neia,” Witch Lily greeted the elf, and they hugged each other like long-time friends. Ohh.. She’s the Elf’s Queen. No wonder her aura was different than the others. “And you must be the chosen one,” she turned toward me and smiled. Chosen one? I guess I am if you count me as the one to help revive the Lycan’s lineage. “Queen Neia, I’m Aleena,” I introduced myself. She examined me with her gentle gaze and smile and nodded. “Yes, you will be able to enter that place.”

“ And I’m your new teacher.” I froze. Elaina? She was the Luna and Beta of the Greenwood Pack. I had heard the stories about her—that she was ruthless, strong, and unstoppable. That she bared muscles like a male. But the female standing in front of me didn’t seem like the legend I’d built in my head. She was more... Before I could process it, her fist came flying again. And this time—I still wasn’t fast enough.

“The truth. Of who I am… and who you are.” The world around me stilled. The humming walls. The stench of stale air. None of it mattered anymore. I walk in and they both turn to go quiet and turn to look at me. "Hey" I greet "Hey, I'm Alice Constantine's childhood friend," she says "I'm Eulalia, Constantine's PA" I reply giving a kind smile, just being friendly in general. "Constantine you really have eyes for the pretty ones, cus girl you fine as hell" she teases and I blush at her words. "Grab your stuff I'll drop you off," Constantine tells me "No don't stress I know my way home," I tell him annoyed.
