The vamscren was made from dragon tears and Edmund and Hillary, along with Dana, arranged with the manufacturers to always supply it to the castle, so we never ran out. After drinking, I got my cloak and flew out of the castle, to see my former town.

The zombies had not been awakened with the blood ritual yet, but Peele could sense the aura of danger radiating off them. All five of the zombies were at peak Ambience level, and the armor they were wearing greatly boosted their powers.
