I asked He removed his earphones, "Sorry what was that?" "I asked... what were you listening to?" He gave me the left side of his earphone and we listened to it together. It's my favourite song of the Imperials, 'Best Damn Thing'... I sang the lyrics while listening through the earphones Henry lend me... which made everyone stared at me so I apologized... That's so embarrassing... Henry mocked, "Well, that was embarrassing." "I know. " I covered my embarrassed face

The sky above Flora Island was so black. Dark clouds rolled in to cover the sun. The sea wind blew so hard that it made waves and big storms on the sea surface. The Elf Queen’s straight purple and green hair with wavy ends fluttered in the wind. The pair of emerald green eyes belonging to the Elf Queen, Lena Omanelis, looked up at the sky anxiously. She bit her blood-red lips nervously. She rubbed her skin which was as pale as snow which had been feeling goosebumps ever since.

I asked him, quite interested in their history for once. “No, they were elfs.” He was confusing me. “Plural of elf?” “Yes.” “Wait,” said Maurice, stepping in front of me. “The plural of elf is elves. Elf, elves, elven.” “Elfen,” said the shaman. “No,” insisted Maurice, “Hey!” he shouted at the roof. “Whoever’s in charge of the translating device, you got it wrong.” “Is this really that important?” I asked him. The look he gave me suggested it was.

" And so the elf knight has gone, banner bright, to hunt in the King's forest, peasant aback his steed. They rode through silver birch, they rode through gray oak, they rode through maple bright. And the wind was a cutlass, and the white hart did elude, and in the harrows, the elf knight paused. "What goes before you, strange elf knight? Tis only moonlight, tis only the dancing fairies." And the elf knight did ride on. Pitter patter of scampering birds, darting leaves, the hart fled. And from his back he's drawn phoenix fletched arrows, which always strike true, and the hart he's felled. "Oh wild elf knight, oh eerie elf knight, you must make this rare beast my supper if me you would wed." S

When I finally do, I look up to see a group of elves standing around the table. “Alpha Cohen, your sister, Queen Lily, and King Aolis send their regrets that they are unable to join you this evening, but they wanted you to know that they wish you a happy birthday.” Malin leans into me as the group sings a birthday song in their elvish language. It’s not Happy Birthday, it’s something with a deeper meaning, since their lives go on for so long. The song is haunting and beautiful and I make a note to thank my sister for her gift.

It was a song of ages, a melody that transcended time and space, and it stirred something deep within them. Elysia's eyes widened, her voice barely a whisper. "Do you hear that? It's as if the very essence of The Enchanted Realm is singing to us." Valen's expression was a mixture of awe and realization. "This melody—it's the same one I've heard in my dreams, the one that's been guiding us."

The elves were decorating. Bridges were strung with glowing orbs that shimmered between silver and gold. Garlands of mana-bloom petals hung from the tree branches like tiny suns. Children giggled as they chased dancing light wisps, and everywhere, there was music — soft, lilting tunes played on crystal flutes. Lyra appeared beside me. “Okay,” she said, squinting Did the elves suddenly learn how to throw a party?”

he began, but I lifted my hand, "You already asked your questions and were answered..." I said, and he fumed. "Members of the council, people of the elven realm... I give you, QUEEN STORMEE ADALWULF," Aelfred said, and people clapped, cheered, and yelled, "Hail Queen Stormee," in chorus.

Every day, she would tell Elwin that the female elves all harbored evil intentions. Once Elwin became tired of hearing about it, he decided to simply give her a wide berth. His attitude directly affected the other half-elves. Slowly, even the ones who delivered daily necessities to her stopped coming by. She frequently went without food to eat or clothes to wear, and she felt suffocated by the reality of her living situation. Then, she heard that a certain wolf tribe's Highlord had conceived a silver wolf pup with a human partner. The entire tribe was in the middle of sending out invitations and preparing a banquet to celebrate the young wolf.
