His shoulder got stiff at my question, and bfore he could reply, one of the women managing the orphanage suddenly called for him from outside.
"Spencer! We need help moving the flower pots."
He looked over briefly before sighing.
"Duty calls."
"It was really good seeing you again." A faint smile tugged at the corners of lips.
"You too," he replied sincerely giving a short pause, before saying. "I'm glad life turned out well for you, Liora."
After Spencer left, I found Elizabeth sitting quietly by herself near the kitchen.
I walked over before sitting beside her.
