THE WHOLE TRUTH

THE WHOLE TRUTH

Jake puffed out the smoke slowly on his face, Eddy began coughing. "I like this brand. Very healthy tobacco and not too strong. About your men..." the blonde haired huge guy handed him a cellphone, "... you have no men and no one is going to hunt me down."He placed the phone in front of him as a video began playing. I couldn't see the video but judging by the look on Eddy's face, it would be gruesome. "I hunted them down before coming for you."Eddy's body quivered, beads of sweat were running down from his head.

The Forbidden Truth

The Forbidden Truth

“Your necklace. May I see it?” Seolurrie showed them her necklace which is hidden inside her clothes. She didn’t take it off. She felt that something bad will happen if she took it off. “Hmm. It looks like an ordinary necklace for me. Are you sure what you saw was real?” “I don’t have time to be delusional. I know that what happened was real. The truth, just like how true that I came out of a gate.” “Not everything that you said can be true. There are no evidence about everything else except the fact that you came out of a gate. And a few more days you will get your hunter license. You know what will happen, right?”

I really liked this book. Too bad it ends after 36 chapters and hasn't been added to in a couple of weeks. If y'all want people to pay to read your books, at least write something. This is the second book, this has happened with. I think I'm done with good novel.

Great story!! refreshing to read something different then other books on good novel. loved the complexity of the worlds and characters. would have been nice to have it a bit longer, and more lucas scenes, but still greatly enjoyed it. looking forward to the next book!

Hidden Truths

Hidden Truths

Henry couldn't resist my requests, so he agreed. I loved the sea. Back when I was still studying, I often took walks by the seaside. Now, Henry pushed me slowly along the coast, and when we saw someone selling balloons, he bought one for me. I had heard that you could write a wish on a balloon, and when it floated up to the sky, it would tell the gods to make your wish come true. I took out a permanent marker and wrote down my little secret wish on the balloon. Henry wanted to see it, but I playfully covered it, not letting him peek.

The Abandoned Luna's Return

The Abandoned Luna's Return

"She chose the 'Meat' over the 'Memory.' She abandoned us in the Trash." The Queen lunged at me, her red fire scorching the air. I didn't have my iron pipe. I didn't have my "Red Blood" powers. I was just a girl in a hospital gown. But I had the **Truth**. "I didn't abandon you!" I screamed, standing my ground as the fire approached. "I gave my 'Physicality' to the Real Elara so you could have a world that wasn't a loop! I chose you over the 'Simulation'!"

When the Truth Was Born

When the Truth Was Born

The moment Rebecca laid eyes on that video, she froze. Marvin was beside himself, trying to explain. "That's not me, Rebecca, I swear. They're setting me up. Don't fall for it." However, Rebecca was past believing. She lifted her hand and delivered a stinging slap to Marvin's face. "Cut the crap. They're framing you? How would they know about the mole on your butt, huh? Marvin, didn't you say my sister was the only one for you? So, what's the deal with all these women?

ALHPA ABRAM: And the four daughter

ALHPA ABRAM: And the four daughter

"The rules are simple. You each tell a truth. A lie you’ve kept. It has to be 'pure.' It has to hurt. If the confessions satisfy me, you both get the needle. If you lie to me about your lies? You both rot here." Sloane pulled a chair up to the side of the table, crossing her legs. "Abram. You first. Tell the Queen what you did." The silence in the cellar was thick, broken only by the steady drip of a leaky pipe. Abram’s chest heaved. He wouldn't look at Elara. He kept his gaze fixed on the toxin. His knuckles were bloodless white where they gripped the armrests. "Abram?" Elara’s voice was a soft, trembling thread. "Just say it. Whatever it is, just tell her so we can get out of here."

Too Late to Regret: The Billionaire’s Unwanted Ex

Too Late to Regret: The Billionaire’s Unwanted Ex

The vines on the buildings shriveled, and the lights in the Slums dimmed to a flickering amber. "I... want you... to be... Actual," the city groaned. "Don't trade... the truth... for the... Final Cut." Elian turned back to the Final Draft. He didn't raise his staff to strike. Instead, he dropped it. The violet-gold wood clattered against the obsidian bridge.

Rewinding My Reaper Boyfriend

Rewinding My Reaper Boyfriend

"There is no 'after' if we don't get to the 'happily'." "We'll get there. I have a plan." "What plan?" "We walk in," Elion said. "We walk right through the front gate. We let the cameras see us. We let the world see us." "And then?" "And then I tell the truth," Elion said. "About everything. About Lysander. About the debt." "The truth is a variable." "The truth is a weapon," Elion corrected. "And I'm going to fire it." The van hit a pothole. Cale bumped against Elion.

My Blood Wizard System

My Blood Wizard System

Holly (grinning): “Stop looking like someone died. I’m literally right here.” Malik (voice cracking): “They put up missing posters.” Holly rolls her eyes so hard the ghosts laugh. Holly: “Tell them I ran away to join the circus. Or that I’m Elvis’s secret love child. Anything but the truth. Mortals can’t handle the truth.” She drags us to the bar, pours ghost-root beer that tastes real, and makes us dance until 3 a.m.
