We were having dinner in the pack house’s kitchen, and it was one of those rare days when Jamie, Isaac, Elena, Lily and even Zion were present. Things had been slow lately, so everyone had been less busy. The pack was peaceful, and it gave us enough time to connect and do things together. “Where is Elaine?” Lily asked as she took a bite of the chicken Emily had grilled to perfection earlier. “He is playing with the other pups. I can’t get him to stay in one place, even to eat,” I complained, and they all burst out laughing.

"Gentlemen, meet my fiance, Isla Moon Gambino, She is a little crippled right now as you can see but it's only temporary, oh you should see her move with such grace when she has both good legs" Jamerson's introduction was very hurtful and disrespectful as the men tipped their heads as a greeting while chuckling at Jameson's remark which had Isla frowning.

He tried to get on to his feet, wincing in pain as he did so. Isabelle did not appear to be fazed by this new turn of events. *Flashback* Isla sat outside her chamber early in the morning, contemplating different ways to disrupt Belinda's stay in their kingdom. Eager to gather the latest information, Isla cleverly positioned herself behind a tree, granting her a view of the cell entrance.

Are you up for that?” He asked while sipping coffee. He didn’t look at her, but his eyes were glued to the newspaper the restaurant provided.

What the fuck? “Who is this Isla?” I ask, shooting my gaze back at Reid. “I asked around the pack. She’s a maid who used to work with Elara. Her only friend. She also babysits the kids occasionally,” he explains. “Bring her to me,” I order through gritted teeth. Since she is her only known friend, she will know something. After the square was empty, Elsa and her team entered the battlefield. They took one look at the devastating wreckage left behind and huffed in awe. … Wilbur and Ryder returned to Sealake Island and got on the bridge. All of a sudden, a figure appeared within sight screaming for help. Wilbur turned around. Under the moonlight and bleeding from the corner of her mouth was Gertridge, tripping over her feet as she made her way over. She leaped off the bridge, landing heavily on Sealake Island.
