The world was dying in shades of crystalline blue. The rising sun should have brought warmth, but as Elara stood in the center of the ruined rink, the heat of the morning felt like a distant memory. The "Ice Core" wasn’t just a name; it was a physical transition. Where the Berserker had been a sun-bright rage of fire and blood, this new power was a silent, crushing vacuum. It sucked the energy out of the air, the moisture from the breath of her mates, and the life from the very ground beneath her.

Alpha Gray’s eyes widened, and he straightened himself upon the rickety wooden chair. “What. Why I am only finding out about this now?” He accidentally growled at Perla. She looked sternly at him, and he sunk back down unto the chair. “I only just found out myself,” Perla continued. “The vision came to me two days ago, and I have triple checked, but my magic mirror is certain.” “Where is the Ice wolf?” Alpha Gray asked in a softer tone not to upset his grandma again. “She is a seventeen-year-old girl living in the human parts of White Creek town.”

It is a trading company. Today I have the Winter. co and several affiliated companies all over the country. Several properties and factories, hotels, and stores. And the best part is no one can find out it’s me who owns them. The companies are owned by Kian and Alex Winter, but because they are minors I am their Guardian, but there is no trace of me when anyone looking into the company. I am simply an employee from the outside. My most trusted employees and my lawyers know of course how it is.

Then paused before adding, “Wait! Send me the media asking for an interview.” I could hear the excitement in my PA’s voice before I disconnected the call. I opened the door to see the kitchen was a mess. Flour littered the floor, with some kitchen utensils scattered about. Upon walking closer, I saw Winter by the sink, her index finger under the running tap. “Are you okay?” I asked, rushing towards her. This caused her to turn to me. “I was bored, so I tried to bake,” she said, casually. “What happened?” I asked, but I didn’t need an explanation to know what had happened.

“Zayn MacQuoid, you can’t be this selfish! I’m working hard right now. I can’t have kids!” I compromised to quell her anger. I valued her career, but she resigned so that she could take care of Charles and Caleb better. Besides, she used the money I had saved for retirement for Caleb’s wedding. My leg hurt terribly during that winter, but I was too poor to see a doctor. Moreover, the temperature at home was freezing. It made me shiver. I tried calling Layla for money, but she hung up on me repeatedly. I could not hold on since I was old. In the end, I froze to death.

However , She appeared Russian by her accent . She broke our hug . I gently cared her cheeks to wipe her tears away . Her eyeliner was smudged due to wet tears . Out of my curiosity I asked ;" what's your name " . Her gazed landed on me ;" winter " she said . So Russian! . I further asked ," how old are you ?" . " twenty " she uttered quickly . She was damn young from me . I am twenty- five . I was aware If I let go of her waist she would fall . So I held her to me . She grabbed my jaws and inched forward ;"you are so handsome " she said . I flushed .

A guard said "Mr you better leave or you'll catch a cold the weather isn't a nice one. Please just get into your car to seek shelter" "No I.. I deserve to suffer this, I deserve this pain I am going through the one I caused her was way more than being drenched in the rain.." Eric replied 'This is my punishment for being born by a witch and being ignorant' He thought Eric stayed there for close to two and a half hours and he began shivering. He shivered and then the next thing black out, he had passed out. "Bring him in" Evelyn ordered ~~~ "What just happened Wendy? What was your son talking about?" Edmund asked

Just a taste of what's next to come... I know it's been a long while since I've posted anything for this story. But there's sooooo much shit that needs to happen and be explained with this story for it to be complete. When I'm done writing The Young Alpha. I don't want to leave any stone unturned. No questions asked or any wonderings. I will Never leave a story with a cliffhanger or anything like that. I hate reading stories like that and therefore, will Never write one like that. Also, I know it's a little backwards but this is the 3rd book in my Ancient Alpha Series. The 1st is going to be called The Isle of the Lycan. It's a story me & my hubby created after I had already started writing

There was a figure inside one of the cars. Based on what I knew, it had to be Ruby. While I was eating stew, they must have gotten into another fight. Ruby had probably tried once more to drive down the mountain. However, she had underestimated the horror of the cold. Her body temperature must have dropped too fast. She froze inside the car, turning into an ice statue. That left only Rhett, Kelly, Nevin, and Luis. I wondered how they would handle things the next day, when the food ran out.

Her face was pale as death. Vivian’s voice came from off-camera, “One more round. Mr. Carter wants her to remember this lesson.” “That’s not me.” Miles’ throat tightened. “When the hell did this happen?” “The day after you admitted her.” Eric wiped the sweat from his forehead. “Ms. Lowe said to take extra care for those two days.” Miles went completely still. He remembered when he came to pick up Wendy, she was curled up in the corner, shaking. His fist smashed into the wall.
