Escaping Polygamy Cast Novels & Stories

Lyv has no one to rely on but him. “And if I don’t agree?” answered the young man firmly. “What do we care if your family will be erased from the world? My sister and her child’s future are at stake here. I will not allow your grandson to marry my sister just like that.” The old lady did not move. She waved her hand at the uniformed men. One of them responded by holding out an envelope. The woman gently placed it on the table. “That envelope contains all the assets and properties of the Dela Vega Empire; not only in the entire Philippines but also in different corners of the world. If you think we don’t—”

Merigold says. I take a deep breath and let it out slowly. “ I need to tell mama that I’m gay.” There I said it. Now I wait for the yelling and for her to tell me to get out of her house like I have heard about from a few friends that came out. I look at Merigold and she is smiling. I must have a confused look on my face because Merigold turns her head and says “ What? Did I not react the way you expected? Marcos, my love. You know Alaric and Mac are married and we accept them wholeheartedly. You met Connor and Neil. No one has a problem with them. So why would I love a boy who I see as my Sobrino any different? I love you the way you are. However, you are. You being gay will not ever change

“Beauty is in the eye of its beholder,” Phoebe Larsen said. “Say what you want!” Cheryl Coney chuckled and said. She had already made up her mind. Even if she had to be in a polygamous marriage, she’d have nothing against it. She wouldn’t change her mind no matter how hard Phoebe tried to persuade her. “What about you? You’re not exactly young anymore, and you’re the magistrate’s daughter. Aren’t your parents urging you to get married?” Cheryl asked.

As Richard glared at them, all of them shivered, hiding behind Heather and Owen. "You want to terminate the contract with my wife?" Pushed forward by the others, Owen panicked and shook his head. "No way, Mr. Montague! You invested in our show. How could I fire your wife? It was just a joke!" Heather timidly agreed. "Mr. Montague, we were all fooled by that fraud! No one could tell who was who. Please, have mercy on us." "Yeah, Madelyn is so much better than Kiara. She's obviously the real Mrs. Montague!"

He will always be my fate, mate. I may be half-demon and can have multiple spouses, but I'm the type who sticks with one man in my life. It's good that Dad never had any other wives after Mom died. That shows how faithful and committed he is toward their marriage. I've watched shows or films about polygamy, and I hate having more than one wife. A man with two or three wives is exhausting. You have to deal with arguments, favoritism, and jealousy. Tears started to fall again—Dominic bent to kiss each corner of my eyes and rest his head on mine.

The single word from Zavian made the poor man almost choke. But he pressed on, emboldened by fear and pride. "One of our own would make a far more suitable queen! Someone who understands our ways, our, our..." "Someone you could control." Eva cut in smoothly. Another elder stood, gripping the edge of the broken table. "The law doesn't forbid polygamy, Your Majesty. Should certain circumstances demand it, you could take a proper queen, one of our bloodlines, and keep your human as a concubine. Your fated mate would still be by your side, and the realm would have a queen worthy of..."

More than two hours later, Isaac and Vivian came back downstairs, looking happy and satisfied, their arms wrapped around each other's bodies as they lingered reluctantly at the hotel entrance. Cathy recorded everything on camera and approached them straight on. "Wow, Isaac Sherman, Vivian Andrews. What a beautiful couple. Traitors!" Isaac's and Vivian's faces turned pale at once. Isaac instinctively shielded Vivian behind him. "Wait, Cathy, I can explain…" Cathy made sure to record both their panicked faces. In a cold, icy voice, she snapped, "Explain? Why don't you go and explain your bigamy to the judge instead!"

The middle-aged man with Mediterranean hair was raising his glass to signal her, his eyes filled with an unmistakable possessiveness. I knew what she meant. In the materials Lucas had researched for me, this executive was a collateral relative of the Hayes family, known for his womanizing. Sophie getting the lead role in this movie clearly took this shortcut. "Is that so?" a hint of pity in my voice, "How long do you think you can rely on someone who's been built on selling your body and conscience? When your face ages, or when he finds a new toy, guess which trash can you'll end up in?"

“Can I go play with Shantel now? She must be looking for me.” Rufus gently patted her hair. “In just a moment, my dear.” “We don’t have much time left, Grandpa,” Dylan added. He was already growing fond of the old man. “Please enjoy yourself after we leave.” “And don’t forget to take your medicine,” Diamond reminded him, her voice full of concern. Before Rufus could respond, an angry voice cut through the air. “There they are!” Megan stormed toward them, her voice sharp and accusing. “Hand over what you stole!”

"We need to catch a fish or our wife would lock us outside the whole week." Marcus, the eldest among the triplets said. They introduced themselves to me and I was beyond surprise when they told me about their relationship. The three of them are married to a single woman, they have the same wife and apparently, she's pregnant with a quintuplet. "It took you seven years to come back to this island, we're glad that you visited." Anthony offered me a genuine smile before tapping Hunter's shoulder.
