FOR DADDY’S EYES ONLY!
“This way, my dear.”
He led me past a formal living room, all white sofas and glass, and stopped before a large door. He pushed it open, revealing a spacious study. Bookshelves lined the walls, stretching from floor to ceiling, filled with leather-bound volumes and silver-framed photos—some of which included my father, laughing, arm-in-arm with Fabio. The sight was a sudden, sharp pang of grief, so immediate it almost buckled my knees.
Fabio stepped behind a massive desk. He didn't sit; he simply leaned back against it, hands resting on the smooth wood. He looked impeccably hot, his silver hair a distinguished contrast to his perpetually sun-kissed skin.
