Kevin’s POV In the evening, my father and I had some wine with dinner and chatted for a long time. My father was pleased. With George's matter resolved, the Blood Moon Pack's years-long civil war was nearing its end. He hoped I could bring Ella back, and I promised him I would do my utmost. "Alpha, our werewolves found a Rogue group at an abandoned factory 3 kilometers away," Liam entered my study, his face unusually serious. "Any other information?" I closed the map.

"Of course! Good thing you said something—if night falls and you're still in Desolated Lands, you'd be as good as dead." Felix inhaled sharply, figuring that he couldn't avoid doing good deeds, after all. As we drove, Lysander looked at me. “So, where are we going exactly?” I kept my eyes on the road and gripped the steering wheel tightly. “The wastelands. That’s where rogues usually hang out around here. We need information and that’ll be the easiest place to get it.”

The night was cold but the sting of the cold night was all I needed to jolt to my senses and come up with a plan I walked for three nights across forests, and swamps.
