Elle muttered to herself as she went in search of the books she wanted, she moved into the fantasy/paranormal section, she walked around for sometime before she came across a book that said "Aether world" She picked it up and scanned it, it talked about two realms that were once together. She quickly scanned the book once more, she saw names like halflings, faires, humans and a lot of weird things she saw in the other realm. The book said "fiction" in bold letters but she took it anyway. She made to sit down and read it there but she decided against that and walked to the librarian "I'll take this with me" she said as she placed the book on the desk.

Dawn Smith was the little sister she never had. “Great!” Dawn said, happily “ooh, Harry Potter!” she added as she flopped down onto the bed, her black and purple striped hair fanning out over the bedspread. She snatched the book from Lena’s hands “I prefer Goblet of Fire” she glanced up at the older woman “it had dragons”. “So does Philosopher’s Stone”, Lena pointed out. Dawn blew a raspberry at that. “Hardly. It has an itty bitty baby dragon named Norbert but that’s it”, she said “nothing like the badass Hungarian Horntail” Dawn rolled over onto her stomach “hey, you do think dragons are real? That would be so cool”.

Those are the species that I am most interested in right now. Excitement courses through me as I make my way to the fictional section. This section is way smaller, only filling up a small fraction of the entire bookshelf. It seems our boy Ethan has a clear theme he is most interested in. Most of the books are about dragons, and the remainder have titles relating to war. Although I am not necessarily a pacifist, I am not particularly interested in reading books that contain wars. So, I pull out a book named “Princess Aria”.

The day had been long and tiring, full of unexpected events. I bent over to set the alarm for tomorrow and reached for my book. I have been engrossed in a collection of traditional fairytales with a mafia spin. They were captivating, and I cherished the quiet moments when I could indulge in reading them. Stephanie Swann was one of my favourite authors, and I loved the worlds she created in her books, especially the morally ambiguous male characters and fierce female leads. After devouring three chapters, I glanced at the clock and sighed in disappointment, realizing I would have to wait until tomorrow to read more.

There’s also a bookshelf that holds a dozen different sci-fi and fantasy books, including The Lord of the Rings, my favorite book of all time. Interested now, I pull up her bio. Maas, A Kinda Fairy Tale series by Cassandra Gannon, and many of the shifter books by Eve Langlais that I have loved so much. So that’s where I came up with the Love Mark idea.

"Many things, but especially fantasy sagas." "Werewolf and vampire stuff," Ethan was very clear about it. "I see... Then surely you've read 'The Black Moon' saga." "It's my favorite! You know it?" Naomi and Deanna began talking about the 5 books that made up the saga, about the characters and the author. Apparently, Deanna liked that type of literature too. The view of the surrounding forest was breathtaking. I found a bunch of books. I randomly selected a book, sat down and started reading. I read stories and legends about distant kingdoms in time and space, about werewolves, vampires, dragons and mythical creatures. I felt like Rita in Wonderland falling into a rabbit hole.
