[hey guys! let's start book 3, shall we? LOl. Merry Christmas everybody! so before we begin book 3, I realized the version of Apod on Good novel (book 2) is the only one that didn't have this chapter. I must have forgotten to post it and for that I'm sorry. Whilst it will take away nothing from book 2, I feel it is essential for Character development and just a recap of some elements in book 1. Please note that the events of this chapter took place in book 2.]

Chapter 01 - Her fantasy world The devil bound the jungle from all sides. It seemed impossible to escape from there without coming into their sight. On a misty night, there was nothing but chippers of birds. Once behind a dense tree, a girl was struggling in pain. Her hands seemed to crack vigorously. The blood was flowing deep down to her knees, covering them. She couldn't even utter a word as if someone sliced her dried throat and took out her voice. Tears were flowing from her eyes like raindrops. There was no chance for her to survive further.

Choice asked her sister Destiny who was busy writing the FATE MANUSCRIPT Destiny didn’t respond at all, which made Choice quite anxious. She snatched the FATE MANUSCRIPT, from her hands saying, “You can work on it later, sister. First you answer me.” Snatching the MANUSCRIPT back from her, Destiny glared at her, responding in a low inaudible tone, making Choice glued to her spot, “Whatever she would ask, is fated to wreak havoc in their lives.”

Or rather, in a mere 23 years… World War 4 pushed the world to the verge of destruction. That’s when on the 23rd year, July 1st. One of the legendary twelve apostles of the God of Creation suddenly appeared, and ‘it’ decided to put an end to everything. ‘It’ destroyed several of the strongest and leading causes countries of World War 4 in just three days by itself, alone. Even with full preparation to meet against his attacks, not a single one of them is able to take down the apostle— even if it’s the powerful celestial gods who are just one rank below them.

The alpha's grinned widened, "precisely." "That's impossible. Fate gives you one person you're mated to. Or destined to be with. This can't happen. " The alpha shrugged again, a gold coin spinning easily between his knuckles. "Fate fucked up."

Chapter 13: The Threads of Fate As the Red Teary Moon Pack continued their journey, they came across an ancient temple hidden deep within the heart of the wilderness. Inside the temple, they discovered a magnificent tapestry that stretched across the walls, filled with intricate patterns and vibrant colors. The tapestry seemed to shimmer with a magical aura, and the pack members sensed that it held a profound secret. Curiosity piqued, Emily reached out to touch the tapestry, and as her paw made contact, a surge of energy coursed through her. Visions flashed before her eyes, revealing the interconnectedness of all living beings and the threads of fate that bound them together.

“Yes, yes, and yes.” Ema scoffed knowingly while walking inside the apartment. “That man probably checks if you’re breathing every five minutes now.” Hazel smiled helplessly because… honestly? Accurate. Ema turned toward her immediately. “Wait.” A suspicious narrowing of eyes. “He left you alone?” Hazel sat down carefully on the couch. “He had meetings, Ema. He already postponed work for a month because of me.” “And?” Ema crossed her arms dramatically. “If my pregnant best friend almost fell into another dimension down the stairs, I’d never leave her side again.”

Everything I saw in the future Aragon revealed tells me that staying as Lacy means destruction, pain and a tragic end. I deserve better. Zella deserves justice. And fate owes me a correction. I lift my chin. “I accept.” Zella mirrors me. “I accept.” The garden brightens. The glowing dust ring spins faster, then rises into a dome around us, sealing us inside. Aragon chants some incantations with a commanding softness. The words twist the air, making the flowers bow and the sky ripple. The two lights plunge into us. I gasp. Then the world dissolves.

Reid dropped to his knees beside the corpse, fingers brushing the man’s throat. “He’s dead,” he said grimly. “F**k,” Juno breathed. “We need to inform the Alpha. Right now.” Reid’s eyes narrowed. He leaned in closer, pulling back the collar to examine the wound. “F**king bloodsuckers,” he growled. “They did this.” Juno hesitated. “Are you sure?” “Look at his neck.” Reid pointed. “Those are vampire marks. Fang marks.” But Juno’s gaze travelled lower—her brows furrowed.

My hands hovered over labels burned into old pine: Battle Logs, Hybrid Case Files, Rogue Catalogs, Smuggling Artifacts: Class D+. I ran my fingers across the wood until one drawer stopped me cold. Written on it was: S/Artifact—A.P. #7A That made me curious. A.P. definitely stood for Ashen Pendant. I exhaled as I pulled the scroll free. It was older than the others, frayed at the edges, and sealed with a smear of dried wax. Unfurling it slowly, I scanned the text. Most of it was scratched out—either magically erased or burned by someone who didn’t want the information passed along.
