Game of Power: The Adopted Luna's Redemption

Game of Power: The Adopted Luna's Redemption

He skips down the stairs, and I can barely keep up. We burst through the kitchen doors to find my mother and father sitting at the kitchen table. Both have large mugs of coffee in their hands. They are both covered in cuts and bruises. Guilt washes over me. It is my fault that they were put in a position to fight. “It isn’t your fault,” Deimos says quietly. My mother jerks her head up and smiles weakly. “It is definitely not your fault,” she echoes Deimos’s words.

Fantastic story!!! Love it as much as I love The Lycan King’s Assassin (which should be read before this book as this book is a continuation of that world and timeline, such a good read and completed! For those that hate waiting for chapters to upload, lol)

Fantastic story. I just think you need to add an epilogue say a 10 year epilogue. I also would like to known Deign point of view, I think that’s missing also. I must say that I will be going back to read the Lycon king Assassin. I wouldn’t mind reading the story that was actually before this one.

Fake Dating My Ex Alpha Mate’s Rival Biker Stepbrother

Fake Dating My Ex Alpha Mate’s Rival Biker Stepbrother

I continue. The steering wheel presses hard beneath my palms. “You felt the bond.” My voice drops. “You felt the pain you caused.” She shakes her head slowly, tears sliding down her cheeks. “We can’t change fate,” I say. The words sound desperate even to me. “We’re meant to be together.” I swallow hard. “I made one mistake.” My throat tightens. “People make mistakes.” The car hums loudly in the silence. “I can’t change what I did. I didn’t believe you. That’s my mistake.” I say quietly. “But I can try to fix it.”

Bloodscript: Survival Game of the Reborn

Bloodscript: Survival Game of the Reborn

“Of course.” “Misfire,” I thought, aiming at the sigils as they brightened. “You overheat. You short.” For once, the system listened quickly. The flames that should have roared up from the cracks sputtered out as if starved of oxygen. A fine hiss rose from the tile instead—frustration in sound form. A second later, a Ferris wheel car overhead sheered loose from its axle and came screaming down in our direction. “Tradeoff,” Jax panted. “Love that for us.”

Bereaved and Bloodthirsty

Bereaved and Bloodthirsty

As a result, we missed the best window to save Ryan because we had to save Faith first. In the end, Faith only suffered minor scratches while Ryan fell into a coma because of his severe injuries. I kept vigil by Ryan's bedside, praying over and over again as I held his small, cold hand. Meanwhile, Faith kneeled in front of Ryan's ward every day. "I'm sorry, Luna. It's all my fault. If it hadn't been for me…" At first, Felix refused to let her near us and would furiously chase her away. "Stop it, Felix. She didn't do it on purpose," I said.

I lift my head to stare at the trillions of stars gracing the night sky. The moon illuminates our small figures. I hold Theia close to me. She passed out the second we arrived on Earth, but it’s understandable considering her little body couldn’t withstand the pressure of the portal.

The start is so intense and dramatic, I love it. I felt her pains, frustrations and I have so many questions, a lot, especially for her father. Why? Why? You have done a great job, author, well-done.

“It’s all right, darling.” Gabriel kissed her temple and she felt his hands in her long, loose hair. “It’s not all right,” she choked out, gulping back tears, then looked up at him. “How can I be with you and not remember you?” “You need to calm down,” he said slowly. “This can’t be good for the baby… I shouldn’t have pushed you to dine out.” “You haven’t pushed me, Gabriel. You’ve been gentle and wonderful,” she replied and wiped the tears away angrily. “It’s my fault. All mine. Dr. Levi said there’s no physical reason that I shouldn’t remember. So, what is it? What’s wrong with me?”

“stella, it isn't your fault anything happened and it obviously isn't mine either, I understand how fucking worked up you are, I know it's a lot to take in at the moment but you heard what he said as well, it's an hormonal imbalance and it's all because your ovulation had stopped, I admit to my fault, I should have approached you on the whole thing at first and I really am sorry things ended up in a way as such, but then again we are lucky it's nothing much, just a couple of meds, your nutrient and diet changed that's all, okay?., well work this out. I promised and I'll make it up to you, I'm really sorry baby.” he apologized.

Mafia's Sweet Addiction

Mafia's Sweet Addiction

Stella stuttered, crying badly, her breathing became heavy with every word that came out of her mouth. "I wanted to spend the rest of my life with you but it seems like fate has decided something else for us, Damian. I am sorry. I am so sorry for breaking your trust. I am really very sorry for breaking your heart into pieces. I guess some dreams never come true. I guess mine was that one. After witnessing everything with your eyes, will you ever be able to forgive me, Damian? ", Stella questioned, tears flowing continuously from her red swollen eyes. ****
