She was someone had seen before, someone I had met but coming close to that thought was impossible as I didn't remember when anything like that happened. "She..." I took in a deep breath, "She's a rogue," "Yes, I know that but when was the last time you heard about a female being a rogue?" I shrugged, "Years ago?" "Yes. Tell me more about her. It fascinates me that a female wolf would leave her pack to endanger herself as a rogue. That's a lot of courage right there," beauty said, sounding correct. Rogues were never females, they were usually old, retired male wolves or pyshoctic wolves that were kicked out of their packs under certain circumstances.

Lila’s POV It's been two years since that soul-piercing and humiliating night. After I ran into the shadows of Silverwood forest that night, I encountered two rogues who eventually brought me to their leader, Danny Vaxton One good thing I learned about rogues is that, unlike those packs out there, they don't discriminate because of one's wolf rank. Now, I'm a well-trained rogue fighter and no longer the weakling of the past. I've become more mature, and although I'm not shredded like most female rogues in the community, it can be seen that I'm more than feminine curves, I pack a rather hurtful punch despite my petite size.

Rogues. Free rogues were the worst, known for merciless killing and disappearing. Aria froze. She heard another growl behind her and turned to see another rogue behind. A cry escaped her throat, and she held her coat to herself. "Please, let me go," she pleaded. The first rogue advanced slowly towards her, forcing her backwards, while another emerged behind her. She was trapped, and as a third rogue joined, her hope dwindled. Aria stood trembling as they closed in. The first one lunged at her, and she yelled, falling down on the floor, and started to fight the rogue off her. The claws of the rogues scratched her skin, and she kept crying.

"Let's get out of here, girl. They're not close enough for me to completely get their scent, so I can't tell if they are Rouges or not, and I don't know if we're on anyone's land, so let's just get out of here. Now!" She doesn't need to tell me twice. I grab my bag and get my ass away from the lake as quickly as I can without drawing attention to myself, but it doesn't take long for me to start picking up the scents of other wolves and, while they don't appear to be Rogues, they are still strangers, and I'm not taking any risks here so I let Nala take over, and she runs with all she has getting us away from them and back on our trail. CHAPTER 3 - MATE! (EDITED) CADEN I was going through the pack reports when my Beta informed me through the mind link that there’s a female rogue at the border. Female rogues were rare. Packs cherished their females too much to exile them, they were usually given punishment or executed if the crime was too grave. Female rogues are normally ones whose packs were torn down by war and hard to leave. But new packs were always ready to take them in. But from Dorian's explanation, this one scent is a bit off, nearing feral. That means she's been rogue for long, longer than normal.

This was my moment to find my next move. I trotted along the path through the wild forest, the sky a mix of reds, oranges, and yellows from the setting sun. I needed to find somewhere to hunker down for the night soon. Exhaustion was setting in, and it wouldn't be wise to fall asleep out in the open. Females didn't fare well in rogue territory. I had heard far too many stories of females being raped and murdered among the rogues. They did not treasure them because they didn't care about heirs or anything like that. Their beasts controlled them more than men, and time without a pack caused them to forget all the morals and values a man would have demanded if he were in control.

I would not just roll over for him. As a rogue you take the position that you control your life. You have the power over your body. But as a female, that’s all bullshit. You don’t control anything. The only thing I ever had going for me was that I scared the shit out of males. The ones that had seen me fight, wanted to keep their body parts intact so they didn’t try and touch me. The ones that didn’t know what I was capable of had often heard of my reputation and just left me alone. Why fight a female when so many are willing to just lay down without question?

The female rogue laughed grabbing Danica by her hair and lifting. Grabbing ahold of the rogue's hands Danica tried to claw herself free as she felt her feet begin to lift off the ground. "LET HER GO!" She heard Mason yell from where ever he was fighting with his deranged pack members. "Oh look your little alpha is trying to save you." The female rogue laughed. "Too bad he won't have that opportunity." Opening her mouth the female rogue allowed her canines to begin to grow until they potruded out of her mouth. Giving a sinister growl she moved her head forward clamping down on Danica's shoulder.

Peter added. "It also means they were not after our girls, they were after you, Alice," Lucian announced. His fist was clenched in anger. This had never happened before. Rogues rarely targeted Alpha females. They were stronger, usually well protected, and their mates would go berserk if anything happened to them. Whoever was leading this band of rouges was either powerful or crazy. "Have we captured anyone alive?" Lucian turned towards his betas. "Unfortunately, all the rogues were dead and a handful of the betas were injured," Peter reported.
