The ground beneath us trembles with the force of our strikes, and sparks fly as our weapons collide.

*Tjeck* The air is thick with the scent of sweat and adrenaline, punctuated by the harsh sounds of grunts and the thuds of bodies hitting the ground. I’m locked in a fight, my muscles burning as I push against the weight of my attackers. Amber’s fierce determination fuels me, her movements sharp and precise as she fights beside me.

My mom pinned her to the ground and started beating her senseless. Upon seeing his mother getting hit, Gordon gripped his iron bar and waved it around furiously. "Stop it! Stop right now!" Of course, my mom ignored him and focused all her energy on teaching Mary a lesson. Back in her youth, my mom had trained in combat arts. Even though she was older now, her strength and skills were still intact. By the time she was done, Mary's face was swollen and red. Bright red slap marks adorned her cheeks. Mary's state of misery spurred Gordon to rush at my mom to hit her. Upon seeing this, my family couldn't hold back any longer and charged forward.

Fuck, it hurts like hell. "Fight me like the badass bitch you are. Not as a weak human" The girl mumbles and kicks me so hard in the stomach. I drop to the floor as I continuously cough. More kicks follow and I wonder how the hell she is so strong. "Get up and fight me, dog. Aren't you stronger, their fucking princess?" The girl lifts me from the ground by my neck, and I spit blood. No. This is a bad sign. "I said fight me" the bitch yells and instantly hauls me from the floor. My back forcefully hits a tree and air leaves my lungs. I can't move.

With every fiber of my being, I fought back. Using the skills I had honed through countless battles, I swiftly countered Clara's attacks. Blow after blow, I met her aggression with calculated precision, each strike delivering a message of defiance. In that moment, it felt as if time had suspended, the world narrowing down to the clash of our bodies, the thud of fists connecting, and the resolute determination etched on both our faces.

Sean winced. “Fight!”

And a fight from me! And that’s final!
