Loving this book so far! Author, as many have stated in the chapter comments, 291 & 292 are repeat chapters from 283 & 284. Though I do believe they should be at 291/292 (makes more sense) and not 283/284.

this was the first story I read by this author. it was beautiful! I felt every emotion and got some crazy looks from my mate when I would start laughing or wiping my face because I shed some tears. it's definitely worth reading. I finished it in 2 days because I literally couldn't put it down

Worth Fighting For

Tyler announced close to where I was standing, crossing his arms over and mimicking a faked yawn, "you won't be fighting till midnight at this rate." However, I was too focused on the fight to care about what was being said behind me. Both fighters were obviously growing tired, yet continued with an equal ferocity of Green wanting to prove that she could beat him and Kingston not wanting to be beaten by her.

“No. When he came, I fought back. I’m never supposed to fight back, but I couldn’t take that kind of punishment. I hit him in the head with a bottle. There was so much blood, I was sure I killed him. So I ran.” “And that’s when Laurence found you,” Levi stated. “I’m sorry I asked—” “It’s okay, really,” Doriane stated confidently and wiped the path her tear had left. “I’m learning that’s not normal.” “Absolutely not. Don’t ever think it is.” Levi didn’t mean to snap his words, but when they came out like that, he couldn’t take them back. Doriane flinched from his words and froze as if trying to understand what he was doing.

I really like this book. It's very interesting and well written. However its ridiculously expensive. I spent $10 just to barely get through Levi and Dorianes story just to be left with a cliffhanger basically because it now shifts into Landons story when i just want a good ending to Levi's story.

Fun, finished, and flavorful. Good characterization, consistent writing, and not too long. Classic arc, but the wolf part is not ‘the’ story. Characters are also not infallible so that’s refreshing. Also no ‘training’ montage, or other filler content. Good work! Thanks for the adventure.

Frequently Asked Questions

One anime that immediately comes to mind with the phrase 'I’ll fight' is 'My Hero Academia'. The series is packed with moments where characters declare their determination to stand their ground or protect others, and that phrase pops up more than a few times, especially during intense battles. Midoriya Izuku, the main protagonist, often embodies this spirit—his journey from a quirkless kid to a hero-in-training is all about fighting against the odds. The way he clenches his fists, grits his teeth, and shouts something along those lines before charging into a fight is just so iconic. It’s not just him, though; characters like Bakugo and Todoroki have their own versions of that defiant energy. The show’s themes of perseverance and heroism make it a perfect fit for that kind of line.

Another great example is 'Attack on Titan'. Eren Yeager’s entire character arc revolves around fighting—against the Titans, against fate, and even against his own allies at times. There are countless scenes where he or someone else yells something like 'I’ll fight!' with raw, emotional intensity. The desperation and resolve in those moments hit hard, especially when the stakes are life or death. Levi’s famous 'give up on your dreams and die' speech also flips that idea on its head in a way that’s equally powerful. The series doesn’t just use the phrase as a battle cry; it digs into what it really means to fight for survival and freedom.

For something a bit different, 'Gurren Lagann' is all about fighting against impossible odds with sheer willpower. Kamina’s over-the-top declarations and Simon’s growth from a timid kid to a leader who refuses to back down are full of lines like 'I’ll fight!'—sometimes literally, sometimes in spirit. The show’s hype energy and larger-than-life battles make every 'fight' moment feel like a rallying cry. It’s the kind of series that leaves you pumped up and ready to take on the world, just like its characters. That phrase isn’t just words in these anime; it’s a whole mood.
