"You erased every memory of your father."
"He erased the only woman I ever truly loved. You and I know she never committed suicide. Fiona would never do that," I said, my voice trembling, tears welling in my eyes.
"I couldn't find any clues about what happened that day. The killer must have known the blind spots," he said. "I heard her friend, Isabella, is in town. It was strange that she left the country a few days before Fiona's death was announced."
I took a deep breath. "Please take me home. It's been a long, boring day," I said, resting on the seat.
