She loved reading romance novels. The MLs in these books are so different than the real-life men. The love they show feels so pure. She wondered if she would ever get to experience that kind of love. The thought caused her feeling giddy. She wants her man to be possessive, a little bit obsessive, and hella romantic. Someone who will kiss the ground she walks on. It was scorching like a flame and if auras could be tasted, hers would definitely be bitter. I shuddered, walking over to the first aisle to check it out. The first book that caught my attention was Blood, Pawns and Obsession. It was a dark romance by Rylie Martin. I had one of my projects on hold because I wanted to read this book and get into the head of the psychotic male lead, so I would understand him better and be able to execute my plotline to my taste. The grin on my face unconsciously widened, and I brought the book to my nose, sniffing it in.

"Whatever happened to love each other first then... then doing the deed after. Is everyone after physical contact only these days? What about getting to know each other first? Chivalry? Romantic date?" I sighed and stopped spinning, facing my laptop and visiting a bookstore's site to see what books sell. Ah, of course, my book wouldn't be in the top 10, and I didn't hope so; what's staring back at me is the top 10 best-selling books for the week, where five of ten are Erotic Romance books. "And I thought my company wouldn't be like other companies who are after profit; I was wrong. Then again, business is business."

"Your books are so boring." Wayne, "..." "And your medical books aren't boring?" Scarlett confidently replied, "Nope, they're fascinating. You'll know if you read them."

I looked at the other shelf when I heard a loud fall of books, a man was squatted down trying to pick them and I walked over and helped pick the books up. “Thank you” I stilled at the voice, I could pick out that voice even in a crowd. It was Aurelio, no one sounded so deep, sexy and hoarse like him.
