Romans & histoires Florante At Laura Drawing

What else could I ask for? "Talking about the Alpha I have something to show you." "Huh?" I diverted my attention towards Laura who was standing by my side with a smile on her face reading through her facial expression I believe her mother is referring to what Laura told me earlier. "Come on, let go." She pulled my hands and I followed her behind while Laura winked at me. "Laura, make sure you arrange the herbs I brought earlier on." Ms. Flora said to her daughter as she walk me into her inner room.

Dante turned his face towards them. Lola nodded at the female guard direction. "What in the world did they do to deserve this? I will say it again it was because of the unlucky boy!" — Hm? Selling them off… Was Jared not alone? Dante asked himself, a paper suddenly caught his eyes, “Wait a minute, this drawing. This are... am taking this with me.” He said softly, folded it, dropped the small orange bag behind Lola and zoomed back to the towering tree. I need to meet the person who drew this. He may be among the people the Beasts captured or the other way round. He thought.

It was painful but what was done was done and there was nothing much I could do about it. "What were you drawing?" Laura asked picking up my sketch pad. I scratched my head with my pencil. "A butterfly woman or so I thought," I replied. "It's beautiful," she said her eyes wide in awe. I was used to Laura hyping my art a little bit too much than a normal person would. She pushed the sketch pad into my hands. "Take, go on," she said smiling at me. I took the book from her hands, erased the remaining mistakes and starting to sketch, she watched as I drew, he r face cupped in her hands.

She extricated herself from Scarlett's embrace to skip over to him. "Hi, I'm Laura." Laura stretched out her hands for a handshake which Hudson took. "Hudson." Hudson replied back. "Laura, I'll be back in a bit. I have to go see the teacher, will you wait for me?." Scarlett picked up her art book and held it behind her. "Why can't I go with you? Is it something I can't see?." Laura pouted, she looked very sad.

She pulled out her drawing from school and handed it to Mommy. It was three people standing under a giant pink tree. “That’s you,” she said, pointing to the tall figure. “And me. And Jack.” Mommy blinked a few times. Her eyes looked wet, but she smiled real big. Jack leaned over and pointed. “What’s that in your hand?” “A flower. A dandyflower.” “Dandelion,” Mommy corrected softly, brushing Lila’s curls away from her eyes. Lila shrugged. “Same thing.” Then she looked up, suddenly serious. “Mommy?”

Laura immediately corrected. “I mean, the young heir of the Crezford family is a freelance artist. I was told that he’ll be the one to draw your portrait this year. Doesn’t that make this year’s portrait special?” she giggled. “But pardon me, Miss. What do you mean by you’re not engaged at all?” Laura walks towards her dressing table. There, on top of the dresser, another photo of Olivia Reign is in a photo frame. “It’s exactly what it means,” she answers. She cannot get engaged and get married while pretending to be Olivia. That’s messed up.

AVERY LAURA'S LEGS FOLDED under her and she collapsed to the floor like a limp sack of potatoes. I looked at Dante, expecting him to rush forward to help his wife, but he had a lazy, uninterested look in his eyes. He looked as if he was tired of Laura and her antics. I crouched beside Laura and turned her up so she wouldn't choke. "I will get the maid," Dante muttered. He stared at my ring finger in disbelief too for a few seconds before he carefully sidestepped Laura and went out.

Laura called out, appearing beside her with a stunning arrangement of flowers. “Oh my God, who let you in here?” Laura yelled, “It is badluck to see the bride before…” “Chill sis, you know I don’t believe that shit.” Stephen smiled. “Ughh! if anything goes wrong today, I am going to break your head.” Laura threatened amidst groan, and then she handed the flowers to Anna who tried to hold back her laughter. Anna's eyes lit up as she took the bouquet, marveling at the delicate blooms.

He turned to leave, but as he reached the door, he caught sight of something that made him pause. A sketchbook. It was lying on the bedside table, and it was open. He glanced inside and saw a drawing. A beautiful, intricate drawing of a flower. Laura's drawing. He hadn't seen her draw in... he couldn't even remember how long. Not since... not since before everything had happened. Before the bakery, before the fame, before the babies, before the darkness. He looked at the drawing, and a strange feeling washed over him. A feeling of hope, but also of fear. He saw a spark of life in that drawing, a spark of creativity, a spark of Laura. But he also saw a change, a shift. A new beginning.

Breakfast ended more slowly than I expected. Aurelia insisted on showing me the drawing she'd made after the reception. It consisted mostly of flowers, three smiling stick figures, and what she assured me was a very accurate wolf. "It has four tails," I pointed out. "It was excited." "I see." Kael glanced at the page. "I've never met a wolf with four tails." "You haven't met this one." "I stand corrected." Apparently satisfied, Aurelia folded the drawing with great care before announcing she intended to keep it forever.
