🎀CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-EIGHT🎀 She was now watching his face intently, completely mesmerized by how flawless he looked even while unconscious. It must be a demon gene... she thought to herself. Even though she knew folklore always depicted demons as ugly, monstrous creatures, she knew the truth was different. After all, Lucifer himself was a demon, and he was notoriously beautiful. And since Lucifer was the ultimate ancestor for all demons, it actually made total sense why Asher looked the way he did.

They saw her alone, easy, and they moved in like starving wolves. Fornication. One of mankind’s proudest talents. Now she sits there, curled in sorrow. And for some damn reason, a thought slithers through my mind: Maybe I should cheer her up. Ridiculous. I’m Paimon. Demon King. Ninth Circle Prince. I strip souls bare and feed them to nightmares. My joy is in their screams—not their smiles. But… I know her weakness. Food. I sat beside her, snapped my fingers, and summoned a burger with my Demonic Energy—three thick patties, lettuce, tomato, bacon, and enough grease to clog a mortal's soul.

Wolves collided with the shadows of those wings, thrown across the room as blood and instant death erupted. Vivica froze, eyes wide, her chest rising as she watched the devil himself descend upon them. The dark blue aura surrounding him pressed against her burning skin, sending a thrill along her heated skin, and desire, through her. All the rumors about him turned out to be true. He was the Devil. The real Devil. Finn stepped forward deliberately, each movement slow, lethal, deliberate. He stopped just in front of her, the room now deathly silent except for the beat of her pulsing heat.

“You haven't shifted since you got here.” I raised a brow at him and folded my hands across my chest. He was trying to divert from my question with one of his own, and I was not going to have. “Don't do that,” I responded dismissively. “Do what?” “Don't run away from my question. You said you had answers for me. Give them to me.” I demanded. He scratched the back of his head slowly and stood from the bed. “Frost demons are werewolves, just like us. The only difference is, a frost demon has white furs and doesn't recognise its kind, especially during a red moon.”

I have fallen asleep and woken up several times because of the mosquitoes until I woke up feeling confused. Roar! I suddenly turned pale when I saw a familiar monster. "Demon," I whispered into the air. What is the demon doing here in Wysteria? Don't say that they are from here? "Ales, hide. We will kill this demon!" Gaspar yelled at me and I was scared to stand up and I hid behind a big tree. The demon was big, like the one that chased me and my sister before we had an accident and fell off the cliff. Its horn is large and sharp; he looks like a buffalo with thick hair. Its body is like a human, but the skin is that of a buffalo.

Litiana growled softly. He felt humiliated by Felen's arrogant attitude who challenged him openly. The female demon's face revealed rage. Making her beautiful form slowly fade to be replaced by a terrible face with many black lines running all over her body. Litiana's porcelain white skin turned gray with some red symbols engraved at the end of the long black line that had appeared earlier. Two small red horns sticking out of its head and a pair of reddish black wings spread out on its back. A dark red aura erupted around the demon's body.

Helia's voice was tight, wobbly drawing again her broom with her both hands– this time to smack the creature that had been making pesky vermin. “Vermin they are not– pesky humans are!” cried the demon, its voice raspy and wheezy– the goat-head demon's onyx gimlet eyes gleamed. The demon stood on its ebony hooves, legs squatting sideways and outwards, clutching a crow between its hands– a nefarious and a dark red-tinged unshorn demon, the dawning hallow daylight had borne its evilness even more. “Crows and snakes are vermin!” cried the witch to the vile demon stooping two feet taller than her. The demon freed the crow from its grasp and it flew past over Helia's head and joined the flock flyi

There were at least six of them, moving among the trees with that blurred speed that made them look like ghosts. And with them, something else. Something big. The demon emerged from the forest like a stain of darkness taking shape. It was larger than the lesser demons described in the reports. Nearly eight feet tall, its skin like volcanic stone cracked with glowing lines of fire like veins of lava. Its eyes were burning yellow embers, and sulfurous vapor rolled from its open mouth, warping the air around it. The vampires flanked it. One held something small and glowing in his hand and murmured words I recognized immediately.

I had to move fast. I turned through the pages of the spell book with shaky hands until I finally settled on what I was searching for. “Thrakos, Demon of the Underworld, Lord of Hell,” I whispered, my fingers tracing the forbidden verse. “He who commands the forbidden flames of the devil's domain,” my voice grew louder, desperation etched in my eyes, "I call thee, Thrakos. I summon thee to the mortal realm. Kneel before–” The sound of thunder cracking cut me short before I could complete my words. The ground began to rumble and the circle I had engraved on the ground expanded outwards as dark smoke clouded the entire place.
