"That's cute. It looks real. Your own little pony. With a horn." "It's a unicorn." "'I see, from the stories." The sizzling sound of the fire pit called out to Bonnie, and she rushed back to it, quickly lifting the lid off the pot to prevent it from further overflowing, "Sorry." "It's okay. The berries, please." "Right." Bonnie grabbed the bowl of wild berries and carefully poured them into the pot. "And lower the heat. The poker is over there." Bonnie followed her instructions diligently and removed some of the charcoal from the fire. By then, Cassana had already turned to peeling off and chopping the onions.

New-flash, mum said they came out of the womb before the two of them but I have never won that argument against them. “Mum won’t let me stay in my house” Kayden answers with a shrug, “she says I have gotten thin and I need to eat a lot” “Well, maybe she doesn’t know about Ayana yet” the words are out of my mouth before I can stop myself and Kayden casts me a playful glare. “Now who is Ayana, young man? I already felt like I was drowning in shadows. “And another thing,” Thorne added, his voice dropping to a murmur, almost reverent. “The word you will need to remember is Lunaborn.” The sound of it sent a chill racing down my spine. “Lunaborn?” I repeated. Kael’s brows furrowed, his entire body immediately tense. Thorne’s eyes flicked to him, then back to me. “You’ve never wondered who your birth parents truly were or do you already know them?”

Is everything okay? The timing felt awfully weird and a little too convenient. I’d left her place in the middle of the night and now she was checking in the exact moment everything blew open. If there is anything I would gossip about, it is the fact that I shared a drink with the woman who controls an army of rogues and how young she is. I mean, you can't be more than twenty five, right?” “Twenty three, to be exact,” I tell her. “I will add another year by next month.” “Like I said, impressive. So, please allow me to formally introduce myself. I am Kaylee Barnes. Luna of the Herring pack,” she says as she extends a hand.

I tell. “This is your choice, Kellan but I'm already determined. " Titan tells me and I feel him easily retreat behind my mind to be alone. He is a lonely and powerful wolf.
