The Forgotten Wife's Comeback

The Forgotten Wife's Comeback

So here I am, looking for a random novel that I haven’t read. Which is pretty hard to do. In the four years of being married, I’ve read over six hundred books. I have more free time than you’d think. When I’m not attending or planning an event, a gala, a meeting, or a party, I’m just at home. That’s how I befriended the staff. Boredom. My cellphone rang out from somewhere in the room, making me flinch. I wasn’t expecting anyone to call. I hope it isn’t Naomi. I’m not ready for that conversation.

S.I.X: The Mafia's Kryptonite

S.I.X: The Mafia's Kryptonite

It was bittersweet. I sat in the dining room for a little while, picking at the fruit, flipping another page. After a while, I slipped outside. The air was warm, but not too hot. I curled up on one of the lounge chairs under the shade, pulling my knees to my chest, the book still open in my lap. My eyes were tired, but I couldn’t stop. Page after page. I didn’t even realize how deep I’d fallen in until I caught something strange. There was a different page, near the back. Another handwritten note. Six’s handwriting. I lightly traced the pattern like I could touch him.

When The Moon Hides Her Crown

When The Moon Hides Her Crown

he growled, ripping it off from his ear. The signal had cut the moment she descended. “Communication might not work underground,” Asher said flatly, breath tight, “That elevator, it didn’t go up. It went down.” Finn frowned, “That meant…” All of us stared at each other for a long moment. “Underground…” I realized as I glanced down at my feet feeling something for the slightest moment. This wasn’t just a brothel. It was more like a fortress. A fortress of flesh, secrets, and goddamn horror buried beneath our feet.

The book is really good and honestly I couldn't put it down or wait for the other updates! I can't just give praise without wanting to help you with your future books. my idea is that you should write down what's happening on the pages, so that way the scenes are making sense in the future pages. ty

Great story and writing. Seraphina's a strong Alpha and Ronan would make a great Alpha mate for her. Ryker is too much of a playboy. And there's Finn who's after her as well. She doesn't realize that her secret is going to be revealed if she can't get away from these Alphas her scent is the problem.

Gehenna's Inferno - Secrets of Ali

Gehenna's Inferno - Secrets of Ali

I can’t help but think it was the beginning of that personal forgiveness. The dimly lit basement, hidden beneath the mansion, holds secrets that few would dare to uncover. The air is cold, heavy with the scent of damp stone and the palpable tension that has settled within its confines. In the shadowy recesses of the underground cells, we three stand, Ali, Gin, and I, our expressions etched with a mix of determination and unease.

Her Forgotten Mate

Her Forgotten Mate

"You won't remember me, or my name. But I will remember you. You're the she-wolf that almost stole the title of Alpha from me. The she-wolf that almost ruined plans five years in the making. And I won't let that happen. Those herbs will erase your memories. Unfortunately, you have a mate bond with James, so I won't be able to erase it entirely, but I can make it useless to you." Elizabeth felt her feet give way beneath her, and she collided with the ground. ________________________________ Elizabeth woke up groggy, holding her head. Had she collapsed outside her own front door? She grasped her head. Has she tripped over something? What happened? She glanced at the front step, a note left on

The Forgotten God

The Forgotten God

Such as the carrying on between the butler and the nubile young maid who tended the garden. It was not that often he used that weapon. it wasn't worth risking the welts and blows from the whip or, if behaviour continued, the threat of being dismissed. So long had the human been gone he would either crumble to dust back in the mortal world or be left in one where he was forgotten. The catacombs beneath the palace were long and dark. Winding like and eternal labyrinth where the only thing that seemed to be living was the dust that floated in cloudy curtains in the air.

Good Girl in Action

Niah tightened her grip on my shirt. It was not my first time seeing an awful sight of mounds of skeletons, but I guess it’s her first. “Do you know this place?” I asked. I gulped as sweat soaked the back of my shirt, though the humidity was freezing. The place felt like poltergeists haunted it for a very long time. “I-I do not know…” Why is there a basement under the library? Who else knew this place? Who are these corpses?

Alright. I have to say this. That twist got me. I thought the mirror reflection scene was just a plain old-used scenario, but I was surprised (in a good way) that Vad became a totally different person (gender). I find the POV funny. This book is well written and has an interesting opening chapter.

What should I say about this story? It's just awesome. It got a good plot and appears promising. Author has done an awesome job in depicting the emotions portrayed by the characters n fantasy world build up. I usually don't read fantasy genre, but this one caught my eyes. Kudos to the author .........
