The King's Desire

The King's Desire

A man could create a Kingdom but a Woman was the source of food. One of the biggest learning that I got from meeting her was, never ever consider a woman weak. She could be shy, respectful, less talkative, fragile, scared but never a weak one. It's only her shell that keeps her covered and dare not to push her limits and break that shell otherwise she would be CONQUEROR and rule or ruin you to ashes. You could only surrender or be vanished. "Abhi, I love you so much," I smiled as she lied beside me after making the kids asleep.

"Kifah....of all the things you've ever done, this has to be the worst gutter you've ever thrown yourself into." Faith cringed. "Mama it's Faith." "Kifah Kifah, your name is Kifah." "...it's Faith..." "The name you gave yourself? When you started working at the house, you should have told them your name is Kifah not Faith, what is Faith? Faith exactly?" The woman yelled aggressively. "Faith, Mama. Faith because I have hope that good things are about to come. Kifah is simply a reminder of struggling and living in misery."

Love the story. Do not change your story because readers might feel offended. Tell the tale as it is. Slavery is a fact and there was rape a daily struggle. But I do believe there was love as well. As I’m a proud mix race women. Born in a Dutch colony, these are the untold stories. Well told!!!

I defined give this book 100...️. Out of all the interesting books (and some not so interesting), this one takes the cake. A few grammatical errors, but at least you understand the actual story nonetheless. I fully recommend it for strong hearted readers. Different plot from the clichés in this app.

THE CEO'S HIDDEN VOWS

THE CEO'S HIDDEN VOWS

“Because you will start seeing me as a fragile woman and then you are going to be forced to treat me differently. As someone you have pity for and I didn't want any of that” “You are not fragile Bella. You are the strongest woman I have ever known” “Don't lie to me please” she said with tears in her eyes. “I am not lying to you. A woman who is fragile wouldn't face the media, take in so much betrayal and heartbreak and now this. But yet with everything that has happened in your life, you are still fighting and that is not weakness. It is strength” I said, trying my best to reassure her that I would always stand by her.

Slave Mate Of The War God

Slave Mate Of The War God

The lord will have our heads if something as much as a cut is brought upon you’’ grace explained. ‘’I'm not that fragile’’ I did regret those words as soon as they left my mouth. I looked nothing but fragile. Malnured for years did have a toll on my body. I looked nothing like my age, unlike the fluffy bouncing hair girls of my age had, I barely had hair covering my back. My skin looked like it had been roasted over the fire, making it shiny and tainted. I did no hard work and my bones were so weak. Fragile should be my other name.

A Woman Scorned

A Woman Scorned

She will watch all of them get confused, suffer and question their sanity. It was time for retaliation. Everyone will have to pay. "Did you put together my request?" she asked. "Everything is in order, ma'am," the old man politely replied. "Good." She walked into the mansion and smiled at everyone who greeted her. She gazed at the huge chandelier, sighed deeply and closed her eyes. She was transported back to the time when she thought there was no hope for her. There was a time in her life when she thought that the world was too cruel to her and she didn't deserve to live a happy life. She was too miserable and she could no longer see any reason to live. Who would've thought that she would r

The love between two worlds: Mated to a Human

The love between two worlds: Mated to a Human

She has a common face, the kind of face that people wouldn't notice in a crowd, but I'm an empath, and I notice most things; this strange, frail woman needs help; all I can offer her is food, clean water and somewhere to rest her head for a while, and that's how I find myself taking this strange woman home. When we get back to the house, I offer her some food; she looks half starved. This woman has an incredible appetite, and this shocks me as she's so tiny, but I don't ask more. All I ask is her name. The woman tells me her name is Anna.

HE LEFT ME FOR MY STEPSISTER, I MOVED ON TO THE NEXT

The words gave them something to hold on to, even if hope was fragile here. The pregnant woman sat down slowly, rubbing her swollen belly. “My name’s Marianne, she said, her tone soft but strong. “And this little one… she’s the only reason I’m still breathing.” “I’m Anna,” said the woman with short hair, the one who had first spoken. “The woman with a lot of skills. Guess now I just count seconds.” One by one, they began to introduce themselves.

“My name is Amara . Some of you may know me from the headlines today. They call me many things, a single mother, a woman with no background, someone who doesn’t belong beside Luca Moretti. And maybe, by their standards, they’re right.” She paused, her eyes clear, her tone calm but piercing. “I have known hardship. I’ve faced eviction. I’ve worked two jobs to feed my son. I’ve gone to bed wondering how I would keep a roof over our heads. That’s my truth. Not scandal. Survival.” She glanced at Luca for the briefest moment before continuing. “What they call weakness is my strength. I know what it means to build from nothing. To fight for every scrap of dignity in a world that doesn’t hand it fr

He nearly crumples to the ground, Legs weak from atrophy and malnutrition. Opal swears colourfully before holding his waist and supporting him with her own body. She immediately tries to lead them to the door but Kasen struggles. "W-wait! Stop!." The woman stops but glares at him. "What!?" She snaps. "Well, I don't know you! Who the hell sent you?!. You might be my enemy and now I'm just walking into your trap!." "More like crawling." She mutters resentfully before sighing and looking up at the battered man.

Serenity brought her hand over to the table and knocked her knuckles. That got the attention of the elderly woman, and Serenity repeated her words. "May I get your name, ma'am?" The elderly woman stared at her in daze. "Am I lame? I am not!" the woman exclaimed, slamming her hand on the table. The things on the table shook. Serenity almost jumped up as well. She maintained the forced smile on her face. "Ma'am, I am not saying lame. I am asking for your name." "I am not lame! How many times do I have to tell you!? What a rude, young lady?" The older woman grew more aggressive.
