Hale Academy: University of Sui Generis

Hale Academy: University of Sui Generis

Isuzu hated playing bait, but she was small and nimble and quite good at being bait. And if she never had Ookami or her mother’s katana at her side, well she wouldn’t wish that life on her worst enemy, maybe her deadbeat asshole dad, but on no one else. Not even her. “Exactly what are you looking for?” Fiona asked as she picked up a fancy looking comb. “Just some everyday knick-knacks, oh and my makeup, my skincare collection, my shampoos, the new lip-balm I just bought, and the nail-care kit, oh and

Princess of Lunaris

Princess of Lunaris

Seeing that she didn't have enough, Alice summoned Sasha into the kitchen and assigned the girls an errand to run. "LuLu and Kyu-chan, I have an errand for you guys!" said Alice, earning bewildered expressions from both girls, which wasn't because she needed them to run an errand but because of the sudden odd nickname she gave them. 'L-Lulu?!' questioned Luna. 'What the heck is a Kyu-chan?!' Sasha was in the same boat as Luna. Alice explained to them the reason why she needed them was to run an errand. "The shop is low on fruits, and I need you guys to stock up on more. I can't make the Rainbow Cheesecake tasty without fruits!" declared Alice.

Blood Moon: Vengeance of the Reborn Luna

Blood Moon: Vengeance of the Reborn Luna

I make my way to the fruit stand, exchanging a subtle sign with the vendor. “I’ll take a basket of persimmons, hibiscus, apples, and watermelon,” I say. As he hands me the basket, I slip the letters into his hand. He nods discreetly as he tucks them slyly in his coat. I pay him for the fruits before moving on. At the balm stand, an elderly woman, Aria, greets me warmly. “Grand Luna Eve is well, I hope?” “She’s fine,” I reply. “Just complaining about her joints.”

pointing at his bedroom where plants sprouted one day. "Grandma Jung, my mom wanted to bring you these, handing over the plate of tofu. "Oh! That's so nice of your mom. Please put it on the table," she answered. "And also, bring that basket of fruits with you." "Thank you, grandma," Suho replied, grabbing an apple, brushing it on his jacket and taking a bite. He stopped at the entrance, turned to his old neighbor, "By the way, who's moving to Joo Ho's house?"

The CEO's Ex-Wife Gets Revenge

The CEO's Ex-Wife Gets Revenge

"Nonsense! You've done more for me than you realize. It's the least I can do." Flora watched as Catarina arranged the fruit in a colorful display, the bright reds, yellows, and greens a stark contrast to the dullness of the hospital room. The sight of the fresh fruit, cut with care and arranged with love, filled her with a deep sense of gratitude. She reached out and took a piece of mango, savoring the sweet, juicy taste as it burst in her mouth.

Shouldn't Mess Up with My Hidden Heiress Ex-wife

“I have intended to use this trap on Lucas Harrison if he ever dares to come here again, but he's forcing me to use it too early.” “If I'm not mistaken, is this what you referred to as his weakness?” Isla asked. Heidi sighed and nodded as a particular memory flashed in her mind. “Lucas Harrison is…” “Good morning, My Love?” Heidi trailed off, blinking at the figure of the man approaching with a huge basket. Inside the basket were different varieties of tropical fruits. Heidi got to her feet, her eyes fixed on the colorful fruits, her mouth watering. “Do you like them?” Lucas stopped in front of her, smiling.

Lavender Girl

Lavender Girl

Her other hand was holding the one she had stolen from Ravyn up to the moonlight to admire its beauty, not realizing it was a carambola, whose size and touch are difficult to distinguish in the dark from the 3D emblem. "Eh?" Miho's frustration at being outwitted by Ravyn grew as she witnessed what she saw. "Damn, how great!" Miho threw that star fruit onto a nearby rocky hill to vent. *splat* But where the fruit hit was not a rocky hill. Instead, it was unintentionally awakening a sleeping being. It was furious and stood up without hesitation. *ROAR!!*

"How long have you been running a cafe?" Jin inquires. He takes interest in a certain fruit sitting in a box within the framed freezer. The label says it's a fruit. How come he's never seen something like it before? It's evenly round, colored red with split patches of green, and whatever is sprouting around it resembles like fur. It's already been ten minutes since they've left Y/n and his brother to guard the cafe. With searching eyes, Lisa drags the stroller and stops just beside the man crouching to get a better view of the mysterious fruit. He looks invested.

Tale As Old As Time

Tale As Old As Time

Kavan frowned, "What fruit have you foraged? I have made sure that everything within this forest would harm nothing." Fyn rolled his eyes. He probably only wanted the only thing harmful in this forest to be him, he thought. One of the Nǣps approached Kavan. It was carrying the same leaf basket that Kavan had used to wrap the fruits he gave to Fyn. Inside were tan-colored small circles. Fyn squinted his eyes and jolted in place once he realized just what it was. He knew it was familiar! Thinking of nothing else, he walked towards the basket and instinctively closed his nose.

When Life Takes A Turn

When Life Takes A Turn

The Insurgent Trifecta would benefit from it as a collective too, no doubt! Zayn laughed in embarrassment. “I… have nothing to say! Honestly, I don’t even know anything about this ‘Ambrosia Fruit’ whatchamacallit.” Joe shot a look at Liam. The man slapped the back of his head in realization. “Oh, sh*t! I forgot to brief Sergeant Larson on this… My bad. See, basically, the Ambrosia Fruit is…” He went ahead and gave a surprisingly detailed primer of the fruit to Zayn, with many of its details and descriptions aligning with what Zayn was already aware of. At the end of the impromptu lecture, Zayn’s eyes were twinkling with awe.

I like the story so much. The plot is direct though. One can easily predict what's next. I like the heart of this guy Zayn. He can easily hide his happiness and endure torture, bullying and humiliation in the name of love. Love for a complacent woman.
