Chapter 7 Raul’ s POV Far be it from me to deny Scarlett what she wants, so when she started panting, “fuck me, fuck me, fuck me”, I had to comply. I am, after all, a gentleman. I unbuckle my jeans and start to slide them off as Scarlett, with one of her extended claws, makes my job easier and slices them off. It’s a good thing that she and I started keeping extra clothes at each other’s pack houses because of this very thing.

He knew he had to. He turned to look at his mate, who shifted back into her human form and stroked her hair lovingly. "You alright love?" Pete asked Kyana, who nodded and smiled softly. "Did you give them names yet?" She asked. "I have been waiting for you, though I have some names in mind," Pete said. "Giselle," Kyana said, looking at their eldest daughter. "Gwen and Gia," Pete said, looking at the other two. "Perfect!" They heard the voices of their friends behind them.

He looks like a king in his stance and the way he gaze at Greta made her melts like an ice cream. "I'm glad you're here." Gale said and as he reaches her, he planted a light kiss on her forehead. "I bought you your favorite, egg tarts!" She surprise him and showed him two boxes of Apollo egg tarts. Gale's taste his lips feeling excited to the gift towards him. "Wow, I've been craving for this since we trip to Korea for honeymoon!" He said while putting them on the kitchen table. "Come, honey, eat with me!", he called Greta and she came over to joined her husband.

When the elevator opens, Nathaniel emerges with two security guards flanking him, and between them is Gale. But this isn't the Gale from the airport meltdown. This isn't the screaming, enraged version that tried to claw his way through crowds to get to me. This is the other Gale. The one I've learned to fear in a different way. The one that made me stay for four years. He's carrying a pale pink box tied with ribbon and a small amber bottle. His expression is soft with concern, his eyes gentle and wounded like a saint who's been repeatedly misunderstood. He's wearing a cashmere sweater I recognize from our first Christmas together, before I understood what I'd actually married into.

That would have been dead embarrassing. After having lunch, I've been booked in for a hairdresser and make-up. The only thing I demanded, in the end, I want to recognize myself and not look like some dressed up doll who has nothing to do with me. Gale is so funny, she's acting as if this was a wedding. She kept the dress and shoes at their place and I had to come along with her to get changed at Dean's parents' house. Somehow, I feel dead embarrassed, but Gale is ever so sweet eith all of it. And I think she's a little excited herself. She tells me she could never have any kids of her own, and she would have loved to have a daughter. Guess this is her way of catching up.

As the couple got into the car, she softly commented, “Mr. Keaton and Ms. Yanni seem really happy.” Gael took out a cigarette and placed it between his lips, but noticing Tenley sitting beside him in the car, he didn’t light it. Instead, he replied softly, “It seems like they’re doing well. I heard she’s pregnant with twins, and it's a boy and a girl.” Tenley smiled lightly. “That’s wonderful news.” Her tone was light, but there was a hint of envy in it. Gael turned his head to look at her, his gaze deep and as dark as black granite. He said, “We’ll have children too.”

“Pleased to make your fine acquaintance Miss Katniss.” Ludale said with his hand still extended for a handshake. Katniss stared him down from head to toe with disgust vividly expressed on her face. She fixed her gaze firmly on that extended hand of his for a few seconds before looking up at his face again.

“What?” Katniss shifts her weight to now lean against the doorframe, arms crossed over her very bare chest, a smirk playing on her lips like she’s about to drop the juiciest bit of gossip. “Aren’t you dying to know why I’m here? Why I'm naked?” She sighs, faux-sympathetic. “Poor thing. Fine, I’ll spell it out for you, I had sex with Sven. The King you used Fae magic into forming a mate bond with.”

– Thomas grunts. - And who are you to reprimand me? You're not even an Alpha. - I'm your friend you fool. Dean shuts up, blushing. He wasn't like that. He was a good person. But he was nervous. - I didn't introduce myself. I'm sorry for that. - Kat says. - My name is Katniss Redwood and I'm the Luna of Black Stone Pack. – Alex and Micky approach and stand on either side of Kat. – and these are my mates, Alexandre, the alpha of Black Stone and Micky, the second Alpha.

He cursed once and went quiet. Calista and Payne felt sorry for him, he just lost one of his trusted Beta and the elders in his pack. With a big sympathy, Payne patted his back, to be supportive as his partner. At least in Payne’s eyes, Gale and Soma are his partners, they share a mate together, and going to form a new pack together, they are in their own way is a soulmate, with Sky connecting the three of them. Not long after, Gale appeared from the bedroom, he took the crumpled note from the floor and read it.
