The Beta guard rushed for the phone instantly. Kesta gently lifted Nadia into his arms. She whimpered faintly in pain.

I asked in disbelief. “Yes! As I said, she’s pregnant with triplets—one pup, one hatchling, and one hybrid.” Cora replied, smiling so widely like she was delivering the best news ever.
