She sighs and drops her laptop to face me, "I'm not a child, I know what sex is, I'm thirteen, people have sex, but not me, I'll never, it's weird, that's why I'm never getting married."
I scoff at her boldness, "Enough sex talk, it's grown-up stuff."
"Yeah yeah, whatever, my parents do it all the time, and so loudly too, they're so obvious, they do it after each fight to make up, ew."
"Well, they're married after all," I defend, knowing the truth.
