Willow before he shifted his attention to Adam alone. "Well, I've heard your company is doing quite well," Mr. Willow praised. “Yes, the Harrisons company is doing well,” Mr. Harrison corrected subtly, and Adam let out an uneasy chuckle. The company wasn't Adam's or the Smith's. It belonged to the Harrisons, and Adam was only fortunate to have married the heir. "Yes, sure," Mr. Willow agreed, his eyes scanning the room. "It's doing really well." Then Mr. Willow's eyes landed on Lucas, and his face lit up with excitement. "Ah, there is Mr. Stone, what an honor!" He exclaimed, his voice filled with reverence.

"How do you know Willow is pregnant?" George chuckled, his eyes gleaming with malice. "I have my ways, Knox. And let's not forget, I own the hospital where she had her little scare. Nothing stays hidden from me for long." Knox felt a surge of rage, but he kept it in check. He couldn't let George see how much he knew, how much he cared. "Stay away from Willow," he warned. "This has nothing to do with her." "Oh but it does, doesn't it? It has everything to do with her. That's why you are running around like your tail is on fire. You don't care about anyone more than you care about her. Not even your own dear sister."

Xander sits on the ground, not moving, as if he has slipped into a vegetative state. I hold her bruised fist in my hand and bring it up to my mouth. I kiss each of her knuckles gently and pull her into my arms where she begins to sob uncontrollably. I glare at Xander who is now watching us with an expression I don’t understand. “I don’t want anyone to die over me,” is all the Willow could get out as she cried into my chest.
