This pond was his anchor, his connection to the moon and the source of his power. The open ceiling above it allowed the moon’s light to filter down, enhancing his abilities and giving him strength. He traced patterns in the water with his fingers, feeling the potent energy thrumming beneath his skin.

Sekora and the rest of her companions flew to a bridge, which they had to cross to get to the next sword location. They couldn’t fly over it because of the island’s barrier. The bridge is a long, red, metal bridge like the one in San Francisco. They flew to the start of the bridge and started to walk across, when a small, green, troll with a Mohawk came from under it. There was a small river under the bridge which made small waves thanks to slight breeze that was blowing in.

The bridge beneath them illuminated, forming an arrow toward the largest spire at the chamber’s center. Adrian turned to the others. “We go now.” --- They ran, the bridge pulsing beneath their feet. Behind them, the Echoes advanced—silent, relentless, each step leaving trails of light. Kira fired at the closest one. The bullet passed through it like smoke, but the creature staggered, its form flickering. “EMP rounds!” she yelled. “Only way to destabilize them!” Adrian reached the Nexus door, a towering gate of obsidian glass. He placed his hand on it; the surface rippled, then opened with a sigh.

I demanded. “Confirmation,” he replied simply. “That the Bridge still lives. That the child exists. That the War King truly awakened.” His gaze slid to Andres with a calculating gleam… “And now we have it.” A chill raced through me. “So you came just to look at us?” I whispered. “Yes,” he answered. “And to warn you.” Moonwell pulsed sharply at his words. “The Bridge does not choose peace,” he continued. “It chooses convergence.
