Queen Luna: Once Rejected, Now Ruthless

Queen Luna: Once Rejected, Now Ruthless

I dropped low, slid beneath his legs through the muck and blood, twisted, and drove my sword straight up through his jaw, pushing with both hands as the blade burst from the top of his skull. Wind magic surged through the steel, crackling as his body stiffened, then crumpled with a wet thud. “Stay down,” I hissed, yanking the sword free in a splash of black blood. Another came at me—two axes, wild eyes— I spun, wind catching around my cloak like wings, and kicked him square in the gut. He flew backward, right into a cluster of spellfire from a water mage, who grinned and gave me a salute.

The magic within

The magic within

Their blades were not steel, but spines of creatures Killian had only seen in nightmares. Varrow’s warlords. His chosen. His answer to the Guild’s last defence. The sanctum erupted. The Guild fought, but it was chaos. Steel clashed against blood-forged bone. Alchemical fire burst against shields that drank the flames like wine. Thieves darted in with daggers only to be flung back broken.

The Moon Goddess Dream

The Moon Goddess Dream

Prenah growled at her, suddenly her rage flowed through her like lava, a molten anger rolled through her as her eyes darken into the sorceress. Lally laughed, such a beautiful, frightening sound full of power and horrible intentions. She moved in a flash, her hard leather armor stretching impossibly with her. Her fist slammed against Prena's head. She stumbled back, barely evading Lally's next punch. Prenah drew her sword and forced a powerful sliced through the thin air as Lally invaded her assault, a second swing followed but her sword bounced off Lally's armor. It was magically protected. It would take powerful enchantment to get through it, and Prenah didn’t have the power to make her as

Dragon Prince's Heart

replied King Ruven Omanelis. “Fantastic. In that case, we can start as soon as possible to visit the neighboring kingdom. Don't worry. I'll be fine," said King Edgar Barnabas. Edmund took something out of his magic backpack. He took out two sets of swords with magic stones at the tips of the blades. Then there was the shield with the magic stone in the middle. Two sets of armor, two sets of bows with a magic stone in the center of the bow, and two sets of vials containing dragon potions.

Geez, Sis. I cried. Why did Albus so cruel to separate Astrid and Draco? At first, I burst out laughing because I read that a dragon can drink beer, but after a while, my tears flowed without me realizing it. Well, It turns out that Astrid had fallen in love with the black dragon. Poor Astrid. Why?

The Delta's Daughter - Book 1

The Delta's Daughter - Book 1

I ignored him calling me his queen as I marveled at what was inside the box. “Hunji… I don’t know what to say.” I gulped. Tears were brimming, again, as my hand ran over the cool steel. There, in the box, laid a pair of Roman short swords, the Damascus steel folded to perfection and the pattern twisting on the steel like it was infused with magic, the double edges sharp and gleaming. Both blades held engraved inscriptions on each side, in a language I could not read.

I really enjoyed this series. Many books on this platform have similar stories, which gets boring really fast. This book series kept me entertained the whole time. It had the perfect balance of romance and action. I enjoyed getting to know each character in more detail as each book was added.

wall of death

He threw the bag inside. [What is that?] "Magic carrier" "It can be used to store things and can be taken out at any time. Only a lord can do this" [So, what else can you store in there?] "Money, weapons. Everything can be stored in there" [Do you have a weapon, Ril?] "Everyone has their own custom-made swords here. They have to make one themselves, and the sword's power will be depended on the MANA of the vampire that creates it. The larger the power, the stronger the sword is"

Dragon's Blood (Book Two)

Dragon's Blood (Book Two)

I chuckle. “What kind of metal should we replace the blade with?" I ask. "Good question. We can't just use any old materials since this sword is going to be magic. If you're wanting to infuse magic in a weapon it's important that the metal used is strong enough to contain said magic," he explains. "So if low-quality materials are used the blade will be ruined once magic is added?" I ask trying to follow along. "Precisely, in this case, we want to use the highest quality materials we can. This is a sword that will face dragons after all. Did you know the best metal to use against dragons is one they produce themselves," he says excitedly.

“It is perplexing, he is a really powerful wizard. I suspect he was preserving his magic.” “It was an artifact,” Oren said. “The bastard has ancient magical artifacts he can use to keep magic at bay.” “Knox! My spells worked?” He cleared his throat, “I mean, yes, my spells worked. You’re still with us.” “Branson had a talisman I have not seen in a thousand years. The ancient wizards of old used them to control those who could use magic, often as a way to enslave them. It won’t be easy to stop him, especially if he sees us coming.”

Curse of the Wolves

Curse of the Wolves

Moonlight surrounded us, racing through my veins, eager to please if only I knew how to coax it to do my bidding. “Come on.” I hissed. I pictured a broadsword, one perfectly balanced yet sharp enough to carve through bone. The dagger in my hand began to shimmer. The soldier I hadn’t managed to wound swung his blade at my head. I ducked, rolling to the side to avoid them both. Gritting my teeth, I poured magic into my weapon. I nearly sobbed when the blade began to grow, morphing into that of a sword. There were delicate carvings throughout the metal, shaped like moons and stars, galaxies from other realms.

I love this story so much that I kept reading, not realizing it was already four in the morning, and I had to wake up to take my kids to school at 7. every story by this author is beautifully written and addictive, but I love the humor and the strong female character in this story the most.

DEFYING FATE

DEFYING FATE

"Sophie, are you even listening?" "Yes! Of course." A hell of a bloody no; his biceps and broad shoulders were more interesting, though. How would it feel if I ran my hands downward? Would he moan? Sage smirked. "I want you to remember that perhaps the most diverse and exotic types of swords are the Asian swords, which include straight, double-edged Chinese longswords (Jian) and single-edged Chinese sabers (Dao), as well as a myriad of other exotic weapons favored by martial artists the world over. See this?" Sage held the sword like it was his other hand, expertly and effortlessly. Impressive, though. He's been explaining it since forever, which bored her to death, yet all Sophie remembered
