And it was packed. Books. Hundreds of them. Maybe thousands. Stacked on shelves that covered every wall. Piled on tables. Bella picked up the book and brought it to the nearest table because the book was heavy to carry further. The tables nearby were empty, so she chose this spot, wanting to read the book before it caught sight of anyone else. She sat down and opened it. Instantly, she coughed as the dust entered her nose.
