Alpha's Pup Mate

Alpha's Pup Mate

"Oh come off it. It really isn't a bother. I doubt that you have had a meal either." I watched as Grey chuckled at my mum's revelation. Mum left and I and Grey were in the room alone. I looked at him with a smile. "Mum would never let you come around and leave without a meal." "I can see that. She is quite the giver of hospitality." "If this was Ancient Greece, I bet that she would be Zeus' favourite." I saw a smile spread across Grey's face. "Well, it seems that someone has been studying their greek myhology. Yes, she would be Zeus' favourite. I just hope that he doesn't get too carried away and..."

the book is really nice, but Bailey is so immature and annoying, her actions in the last chapters just put me off so much, it’s like she makes me not want to read any further. Gray deserves way better.
JC..
I would love to read the (or a) chapter where Bailey first discovers that Grey is her mate. I don’t know if you intended to skip that part of the story or if it is a hiccup in the way chapters are loaded.

My Benefactor

Mind out of the gutter. "What did he say?" he asked, trying to sound nonchalant. I scoffed,"The historians believed that Galerians are a result of a union between an Alerian and a god named Zeus." It was Derek's turn to scoff. "What? They inculcated Greek Mythology into it? That's preposterous!" "I couldn't imagine the purebloods version," an absurd idea struck me. "Maybe your version involves leprechauns and unicorns," I said, chuckling.

The Un-Stereotypical Life of A Prince and A Heiress

The Un-Stereotypical Life of A Prince and A Heiress

"Be careful, Ria." Cryx and I, and the others have our own codes basing on Greek and Roman Mythology. Right now, I based it on the glory of Greece, the Illiad by Homer. The Battle between the Acaeans (Greeks) and the Trojans. During their conquer of Chryse, a town allied with Troy, the Greeks captured Chryseis and Briseis. Agamemnon took Chryseis as his crowning glory while Achilles took Briseis. When Chryseis' father learned of this, he offered a magnanimous sacrifice to the god Apollo for his daughter's safe return. Agamemnon then conspired to take Briseis away from Achilles and offer her as remuneration. This will allow Cryx to decipher that there is danger nearby and they plan to take Br

The Devil's Fire

The Devil's Fire

He gave me a soft smile, making me return a shy smile. “You know, in Greek mythology, Althaia was the Queen of Calydon, and a woman of fierce passion. She is celebrated in an ancient story about the fate of her son, Meleager. When he was born, the Moirai, or the Fates in English, came to foretell his future, and they predicted he would die as soon as one of the sticks in the fireplace burned out completely. When Althaia heard that, she pulled the stick from the fire, put the fire out, and hid it in a safe place.”

Although the FL oftentimes annoyed me due to her stupidity and recklessness, I loved the story, the humor, the relationship between the characters and the sexual tension in all the couples. Great read!

Luna of the Menae

Luna of the Menae

Honestly, none of this is going to plan, so it could go either way. Anyway… what’s so funny is that this is where the proverbial pen is mightier than the actual sword. If there’s one thing I learned from all the tales about Greek mythology I read while I was bedridden, it’s that Ares hates to be ridiculed. He’s a hothead and easily goaded. I don’t think he’s all that smart either. Just strong and fearless... Is being dumb the same as being fearless? I don’t know. Something to think about if I survive this, I guess?

Love this book and this author. She has found a way to write two books that seem like completely different stories but then happen to intertwine at an unexpected point. Ever chapter she posts leaves me wanting more. I can’t wait to continue reading this series!

The Bad Son-in-Law

"You've teased me enough, bitch. You've done enough." ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ [Mythological Creatures] 41. Nemean lion The Nemean lion is a ferocious monster in Greek mythology. Nemean Lion is the son of Typhon with Echidna, brother of the Theban Sphinx. It is said that the Nemean Lion was defeated by Hercules with his bare hands because there was no weapon that could injure the Nemean Lion. After the Nemean Lion was defeated, its skin was made into a mantle by Hercules.

Now it seems not to be the case. Thinking through her, she begins to tell her good friends about what Olympian gods might have. “Well… According to the legend. I know that they should have many monsters and beasts in control. Also… they should have a lot of goodies such as The Golden Fleece, Golden Apple, Aegis, Achilles Armor Etc.” Aurelia tries to list the artifact from the Greek Myth then she notices that it’s quite a long list so she brings out a tablet from her storage ring and starts to type all the lists as much as she could think of along with their abilities.

Taming The Wild Alpha

“What do you mean that his name would have been a huge giveaway?” Ryker let go of my hand as he opened the door and held it for me. I got inside and looked up at him, waiting for his answer to my question. “In Greek mythology, Erebus or Erebos is the personification of darkness and one of the primordial deities. The pack was led by a dickhead who wants every member of his pack named after Greek gods or goddesses or at least have their name mean something in Greek.” Ryker rolled his eyes, clearly finding this to be ridiculous. “Other than that he also has every member of his pack whose surname does not start with the letter A change their surnames. And just now you told me that your friend’s

Ordinarily, I'd rate the current prob 1 star, but I don't think it's the author's fault & A.R. has tried to alert readers. DO NOT pur ch. 41 or 42. Ch 41 is repeated with same material 3x. Ch. 42 is the repeat of ch. 41 & costs 173 coins. Nvr place yr acct on auto-subscribe, bc of probs like this.

Leila “You’ll see there is a different name on each day. I’m going to be zipping through these guys fast. The class is too short for us to cover demi-gods, so we’ll be sticking with the big guns. Before we dive in, can anyone tell me anything about Greek mythology at all?” I looked around the class and saw a lot of blank faces. “Anyone?” A young woman raised her hand. “I took a class in high school about it.” I nodded. “And do you remember any of it?”
