I lightly tap him on the cheek and turn away from him, heading towards the door. “You know, I never played any part in the deaths of your mother and sister!” I come to an abrupt halt, emitting a deep and guttural sound that escapes my throat. With a swift movement, I pivot to confront my brother once more, my hand steady as I point my weapon towards him. “Never!” I bellow with so much tormented emotions riding my voice. “Never fucking mention them again!” I squeeze the trigger twice, one after the other, immersing myself in the haunting melody of his agonised groans as the bullets penetrate his flesh.

I didn't move as I look at my brother flaunting the expression of disbelief couldn't understand what is happening. "What are you doing?" I breath out. "I am bringing you home, Hera" he hissed, eyes is burning with so much anger. "You will not take my wife away from me, Costello!" Sain growl like a mad man. "Shut up!" - Bang!- It was an instinctive response when I pointed my gun to Apollo after he tried to shoot Sain. He saw what I did and I was not shaken when he also pointed his gun on me.

I turned the power of the gun to medium and shot his left arm first, watching it explode and detach from his body and I was deaf to his scream. "That is for Kelly," I shot his right arm next. "For Mishka," I pointed the gun to both of his legs. "To the father who taught you how to walk." By now, the fight was over around us and only Mortel's deafening screams filled the place. How could I be so stupid! My phone buzzed in that moment and it was from Damien. It was a picture of him naked in his bed, his bed which was empty. "She's gone, don't worry." It read and my heart seemed to recede back to it's normal position in my chest. I let out a deep sigh of relief. However, I still could not rest as I walked back to the bed and sat down, why would I be mated to my brother!?
