He was walking towards the lanky curtains. I panicked, "oh my gosh! It's that cute boy!" He parted the curtains open hoping to see me there, he peeped in, and he got confused, "where could that marvelous singer be?" He turned from the curtain and he spotted a pair of my sneakers sheathed in my foot which was sticking out. He smirked and was walking towards me. I noticed his legs approaching me, and I shook my head biting my nails, "no, let him not find me, he should not come closer." I muttered.

She pushed back the suspicion sneaking up on her and gently rubbed her forehead as she asked, “What exactly are you apologising for?” Guinevere’s lips trembled as her eyes shimmered with more tears. “Really, I just wish you could be happy for us. I know it is not easy to feel discarded like a used rag for someone better, but… we… we really are in love.” She suddenly snatched Athena’s hand in a beseeching grip. “Please, I know you will understand, right? You know how love is.” Athena’s resolve to shrug and pull her hand away weakened as she saw the engagement ring again.

He grasped hold of my chin to intently stare at him. I gulped and my body tingled with hopes. A million emotions were being brought to life within me as I and chase stared at each other.
