Gwen muttered as she pulled her hand from mine slowly. As we got back into the car and made our way to Holt Holdings, Gwen started picking at her fingers as I noticed this I knew she was nervous to meet the council members. I watched it for a moment then looked away and said nothing because she would tell me she was fine and she was allowed to have that. "Do I look okay?" she asked quietly without turning from the window. I looked at her. The dress was deep and fitted and the slit caught the light when she shifted in her seat, her hair was pulled back in a way that showed the line of her jaw which was set and composed even now.

Gwen I decided to go for a swim in the pool this evening. It's warm and beautiful and I have never really explored the pool before. I never packed a swimsuit when I was running away but luckily I found something to improvise in my bag. I just got into the water but I know I'll be there for a while because it wasn't too cold. A voice came from behind the two. Gael and Leonard turned around in unison and they were both shocked at the sight of Ashton. Ashton was walking over with a woman and the two were holding hands. The woman had fair skin, she was slender with a narrow waist and her legs were long. She looked beautiful as her long hair danced lazily in the wind. Ashton was as dashing as always but his face was a little pale. Gael's mouth was wide open after seeing his grandson. Leonard on the other hand had his eyes fixed on Maya as his eyes flashed with a mysterious light. No one could tell what he was thinking about or what was so interesting about Maya.

Gwen’s plan was already in motion. The next day, Gwen orchestrated a casual meeting between Hesperus and Garcia.
