The Last Dragon's Mage

The Last Dragon's Mage

I clasped my hands behind my back and waited for them to speak. “You are… Valerie’s soulmate? But dragons find their mates when…” Elias trailed off. “Yes, many think we find our mates much later in life since our dragon takes time to mature and grow,” I said. “Your Highness, why did you not tell this earlier?” the lady who had been quiet until now asked. She sounded tense. I pursed my lips. “Because we mutually rejected each other.” This time, instead of silence, the room reverberated with a growl. Alpha King stood up from his seat, his eyes' irises resembled twin flames.

The dragons unidentified Mate

The dragons unidentified Mate

There is a long corridor, at the end of which, you find another door. Sean opened that door and revealed an illuminated enormous room. On the far end of the room is a raised dais made of stone. On the dais are three big thrones, arranged a couple of feet away from each other, in a straight line. The elders are the oldest living dragons in the world. They are a combination of, knowledge, power, and muscle. Each representing one sect of dragons. Like knowledge represents the green dragons, power represents an orange dragon, and muscle represents red dragons.

Blakely
Really excellent story so far. Beginning is a heart-wrenching twist that creates a brilliant setup for resolution. Grammar has some issues but the writing is still far better than most books on GoodNovel. Writer struggles with telling rather than showing in active voice but that takes practice.
JoJo
Author:Although I have not completed the book yet; I love it because the main characters ARE finally portrayed how it should. Characters are not falling for schemes, following true feelings, and their Bond. Drake, a true hero and mate finally with his head well placed on his shoulders. Great job!

Dragon fire

Dragon fire

"Frederico, the kingdom has fallen. We haven't much time!" Lady Lisbeth Delgaard rushed to where the babies lay, sleeping in their crib. Knowing she wasted precious moments-nevertheless, the Dragonlady gazed upon her children. The twins looked so different, yet she loved them equally as fierce. Ragnar took after her with his fiery temper and the telltale bulk that spoke of his dragon heritage. Whereas Gio was smaller, with dark eyes that changed color according to his mood, and there was no doubt that he held his father's wolf genes. Mixed species couples were killed on sight in Desdayos, and as the war reached the inner sanctum, a difficult decision needed to be made.

she told him. Achilles looked grateful as he took the book and started reading through the pages. “Is it worth reading into more about King Xaveris’s dragon and abilities?” Achilles asked Helga. She shook her head, “No, I’ve read every material we have available on King Xaveris, maybe try and concentrate on texts about Dhampir’s with familiars though, we don’t have much research available, they are so few and far between,” Helga sighed.

The Billionaire's Sinful Affair (Book 2)

The Billionaire's Sinful Affair (Book 2)

Multiple sources of power clashing, colliding, tearing at each other with lethal intent. And in the center of it all were two dragons. One had scales the color of fresh blood, gleaming in the firelight. It hovered in the air with wings spread wide, radiating power and authority. The other dragon's scales were obsidian that caught the light when it moved. It was wounded badly, blood streaming from multiple gashes across its body. Its movements were sluggish, defensive rather than offensive. Zavian recognized the dragon instantly. It was one of the two dragons that had broken through his realm's barriers in that alternate reality. One of the biological siblings he'd never known existed until t

The Dragon King's Claim

The Dragon King's Claim

Another of the fifteen stepped forward, younger, eyes sharp. “Many dragons there have taken human mates,” he said bluntly. “Former Madrigals who returned. Some willingly. Some out of necessity.” My jaw tightened. “They dilute the line.” “They strengthen it,” he countered. “Their offspring shift fully.” A murmur moved through my captains. I silenced it with a look. “And the faction that believes as we do?” I pressed. The elder dragon answered. “Small. Quiet. Fractured.” That was not what I had expected.

Bane of the Dragons

Bane of the Dragons

The dual element wielder gathered her magic to her feet letting her stand firmly on the ground despite the shaking of the earth. When the dragon emerged from the forest, Sophia was beyond awestruck. The only dragons she had ever met was Elijah and Gregory. And yet they were tiny compared to this one. Where Elijah was black and the epitome of darkness and fire itself, this dragon’s scales were elegant and shimmering in gold under the rays of the sun. It halted a few feet in front of her with its golden eyes seemed to bore into her soul. ‘Lady Sophia Laera,” a male voice boomed coming from the dragon.

Twin Dragons, One Choice

Twin Dragons, One Choice

I thought I could wait out the trial period in peace, but Cassian's rut came early. Every month, high-tier dragons suffer a few days of agonizing torment. They absolutely need their mate's scent to soothe them, or they go feral. I stood in front of his tightly shut stone door and took a deep breath. It was my duty, a cold, contractual obligation. I pushed the door open. Cassian healed incredibly fast. His wounds from last night were mostly gone.

I am the dragon IV

I am the dragon IV

I sat down on the chair facing the sofa and I let my eyes return to normal. “The moment the King lays eyes on Abigail he’ll want her to bond with Prince Nicu. The strongest dragon in existence is the gray dragon. The silver white dragon is next in line, then comes the violet dragon and so on. Royal Dragons have always been what is known as Russian Violet, the darkest shade. We all know the darker the shade the stronger the dragon.” “A woman born of a man with a strong dragon is desirable but the bond has always been respected.” If we were normal people Sorin would’ve been right, but we weren’t.

Owned by the Dragons

“My apologies on Drake’s behalf. We meant no offense. He’s just on edge since our mates have gone to help their sister prepare for the upcoming birth of her offspring.” Lucian’s hand moved down my back, resting between my shoulder blades. A longing filled me that wasn’t my own. “I can understand the worry. Is she a shifter as well?” he asked. “Succubus and dragon, though her dragon has yet to wake.” “My congratulations on the new additions. I hope her dragon wakes soon after her offspring's birth.” Lucian said and I felt some of the tension leave him. The longing was still there. He wanted that, longed for it with every part of his being.
