The Reaper's sons
There are many things I'm clueless about, but some are parts of life I hear about for the first time, just like this.
"The dog or werewolf. I call them dogs. Half human, half wolf. Imprinted as if stated a claim. Werewolves have mates, usually destined by their Goddess, and it appears that the poor guy got stuck with a vampire. Can you imagine something more ridiculous? Natural enemies, together." Octavius bursts out in laughter, and though it's nice to see him in a better mood, his words bring up another pile of questions.
He's laughing, but he sounds sad. Desperate for a way out? Or desperate to find out if it's meant?
