THE BILLIONAIRE'S FORGOTTEN WIFE: My Husband's Redemption

THE BILLIONAIRE'S FORGOTTEN WIFE: My Husband's Redemption

Without saying anything, he hooks a small stool closer using his foot before placing the bowl carefully on top of it alongside the glass of water. I frown harder, slowly lifting my gaze toward him. “Eat something,” he says. “We don’t know how much longer we’ll be waiting.” My confusion deepens. Because what alternate universe did I accidentally walk into tonight? “It’s your favorite,” he adds after a second, sliding one hand into the pocket of his jeans. “I heard the maids mentioning that Harriette asked them to prepare it for you.” For a moment, my brain completely stops working as I stare at the bowl is filled with shrimp pasta. Extra sauce. Exactly the way I like it.

Kat, first of all, congratulations on finishing it. There were things I didn't care for—like Rhys and Amanda, and the fact that her motive was weak and flawed—but overall, it's a good book. You did a great job. Congratulations again. Kisses. ( ◜‿◝ )♡

Author Kat.E, Thank you for a great story. I would love to read more about Nathaniel and Betty like her getting pregnant and Nathaniel rebuilding a company as Betty's has taken off and Rhys took over as CEO . Perhaps a love story about Rhys and Lucy. Maybe some reckoning for Nathaniel's mom

THE NEWEST ALPHA

THE NEWEST ALPHA

- Hmm… Caleb was standing behind the stove, wearing a topographical map rolled up like a chef's hat and an apron with a picture of a Tyrannosaurus Rex skeleton and the word YOLO on the front. He was tossing crepes into the air in a large frying pan. Pasta covered every surface in the kitchen, and pieces of burnt crepes stuck to the ceiling like stalactites. Around the counter were Frances, Ruth and Max, all laughing as Caleb tossed a crepe over his shoulder without looking. It landed on one of the plates on the counter, and Frances leaned in to claim it as her own. - What is happening? I demanded, my eyes meeting Caleb's. Allora followed me upstairs and looked under my arm.

Shattered Vows

Shattered Vows

Trevor laughed, already stuffing pasta into his mouth while Greg cackled beside him. "Yes! That's my pasta, you parasites! Give it back!" But there was nothing left to give. They'd inhaled it like starving wolves. "You know what? That pasta was laced with poison," I said flatly, hands on my hips. "Enjoy your last moments." "What?" they both shrieked in unison. Greg clutched his stomach dramatically, letting out a pitiful moan as he collapsed onto the floor. "Oh god, it's working! I feel it kicking in!"

Mr.Wrong

Mr.Wrong

Amy waved me over. I made my way to the table, offering a quick smile as I took the empty seat beside her. The conversation was light, mostly revolving around, debating what to order , weekend plans and office gossip. It was easy enough to nod along, to pretend I was fully present. But my mind was still restless, a nagging sense of unease settling in my gut. As I picked up the menu, Amy leaned toward me. "You should try the truffle pasta. It's amazing," she suggested. “It is amazing.”

Satisfying My Hungry Succubus

Satisfying My Hungry Succubus

He laughed for the first time on the Wednesday after Holt. Not at anything big. I’d been explaining, badly, how to make pasta — a thing Reed didn’t need to eat but had decided he wanted to understand — and I’d made some error in the timing that resulted in the pasta going from al dente to something closer to wallpaper paste within about forty-five seconds, and my response to this had apparently been both confused and ridiculous in a way I couldn’t see from the inside. Reed laughed.

The billionaire who stole my heart

The billionaire who stole my heart

“I need to make use of the bathroom. As soon as possible. I barely had the chance to make it to the ladies’ room, all I knew was the pasta shamelessly made a tragic exit and landed on the floor. It happened so fast that I had no time to code everything in. After everything, I was able to wash my face. I took a very long breath to calm my nerves. Then texted Mo the next second: "Does having a heavy craving for spicy pasta have any connection to having a new life growing in someone?" Trust Mo, she didn't waste even a second. She replied so fast that I feared she might have been holding her phone and expecting my text.

Then he stared back at her and smiled. “What?” “This is really good! I haven’t had pesto as good as this.” And he attacked his pasta like he hadn’t eaten in days. Julianne smiled to herself. Her chicken pesto spaghetti was Jared’s favorite too. Like father, like son. He drank his juice. “What’s in this thing?” “Cucumber, mint and melon,” she replied. “Very nice,” he said. When he took a bite of the eclairs, he was smiling like a little kid.

This is the 4th book by this author I have read. Once again it's an amazing book. Another great love story. I definitely recommend it. I do wish the author had a better editing process to make their books even better. There are grammar errors and spelling errors. I look forward to the next book.

All praise to you dear author. This is the 3rd novel I read among your books. It was brilliant that you connected one of your novels and mentioned Astrid Van Woolsen. Loved it. I love how you portray the women in your books. They may be vulnerable yet strong, Beauty brains and good sense of humor

The Endgame Chronicles

The Endgame Chronicles(The Apocalyptic Queen Theresa)(Supreme Survivor In The Zombie Apocalypse)

Hayley scooped up her food with a ladle. Everyone had their own little pot of pasta. Thankfully, Hayley had raided an appliance store months ago, and those electric pots had turned out to be lifesavers. She ladled a big scoop of juicy beef and tender potatoes into her pot. The thick, savory gravy covered the pasta, and the smell alone made everyone's mouths water. The second she took the first bite, everyone else dove in like a pack of starving wolves, eyes gleaming as they went straight for the chunks of meat.

Army Mom
Enthralling. Not my usual genre but the world building was so very detailed and descriptive it became an addiction. A wonderful one. The characters are alive in my mind and will live there for a very long time. Intense action and one hella intense super strong female lead! Highly recommend!
