I asked, my voice trembling with a mix of hope and fear. Sophie’s exasperation was palpable. “You must be kidding me,” she snapped, grabbing my hand and yanking me upright. As soon as I was on my feet, my heart began to hammer in my chest. The pounding was deafening, almost as if it was trying to ground me in this bewildering reality. I felt the shaky strength returning to my legs, and a rush of disbelief flooded my senses. I stared at Sophie with wide eyes. The realisation of what was happening hit me with full force; I had actually been REBORN.

She powered it on and the date stared back at her. April 5th, 2022. Her hands trembled and the phone fell from her hands. She had been reborn three years ago? Roxanne's POV Before I was reborn, I already knew that my time was limited. Once I resolved Stefano's regrets, I would return to my own world. The moment I opened my eyes, I found myself still at the bottom of the sea. All I could see was pitch-black darkness as seawater flooded my nose.
